Power-driven Vehicles Manufacturer's Plate
1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the type, marking content, marking position and marking requirements of manufacturer’s plate of power-driven vehicles.
This standard applies to motor vehicles and incomplete vehicles, trailers, motorcycles and mopeds, and tractors constituting tractor towing trailer for transportation, wheeled mobile machinery for special purposes and special-sized vehicles, while other vehicles may use this standard as a reference.

3 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this document, the terms and definitions established in GB 7258, GB 16753 and GB/T 21085 apply.
4 產品標牌的型式
4.1 產品標牌的輪廓應為矩形，可倒圓。
4.2 產品標牌的尺寸及選用的字體、顏色由車輛製造廠自行決定，但應保證標示內容清晰可辨，易於識讀。
5 產品標牌的標示內容
5.1 基本要求
5.1.1 產品標牌的標示內容分為規定項目和可選項目，其中規定項目為製造廠應標示的內容，可選項目為製造廠根據需要在產品標牌上自行標示的其他項目。
5.1.2 產品標牌的項目名稱與標示內容之間用空格或冒號分隅，或採用表格方式標示3 帶麓綱的項目，應標註單位（如kg 、r/min、km/h、kW 、V、Ah 等），其中單位可與項目名稱一同標示。
5.1.3 產品標牌的項目名稱（當採用「VIN＂作為車輛識別代號的項目名稱時除外〉及品牌、生產廠名、製造國等標示內容應採用中文標示。如同時使用外文標示，其內容應與中文相對應。
5.1.4 產品標牌的標示內容應是車輛的實際狀態或者數值。
5.2 規定項目
5.2.1 產品標牌上應標明品牌、~車型號、製造年月、生產廠名及製造固，各類機動車產品標牌應標明的其他項目見表1 ，標示規範見表2.
