Break out in a cold sweet：冒冷汗

Cold sweet 表示「冷汗」，通常是在我們感到非常緊張或者驚慌時會有的生理現象。另外，Break out是指事件或者災難突然發生，這個習語用在身體方面，就是指汗突然布滿全身。
