Scheduling a meeting
spread your wings
to start to have an independent life and experience new things
To start to use one's talents or abilities, or to start to experience new things for the first time. Likened to a bird opening its wings before starting to fly.
If you spread your wings, you do something new and somewhat difficult or move to a new place, because you feel more confident in your abilities than you used to and you want to gain wider experience.
