為幫助大班幼兒順利過渡到小學階段的學習,提升幼兒對小學校園的感知度與認識度,近日,華美外國語學校工會主席、招生辦主任魏旭濤、小學部教學主任羅娟等教師一行走進光明區中糧雲景幼兒園,為幼兒與老師、家長開展「幼小銜接」活動,體驗華美小學部IB—PYP課堂的魅力。

首先,華美外國語學校羅娟主任和趙禹昕老師給大班的孩子們上了一節生動有趣的IB—PYP課。羅主任帶著極具親和力的笑容,在課堂活動中正面鼓勵、具體表揚、循循善誘,帶領孩子們一起探索、一起發現,深深吸引了孩子們的注意力,會場的所有家長和觀摩的老師都被帶入到了課堂中。

中糧雲景幼兒園曾園長對羅主任的課例展示做總結:羅主任的課堂激發了孩子們的探究欲望,以遊戲為主的課堂與幼兒園「無縫銜接」,既調動了孩子們的積極性,又給幼兒們注入了自主學習、合作商討的概念,潤物細無聲。

從幼兒園過渡到小學,是幼兒成長過程中的一個重要轉折點。作為家長,都有著相似的困惑與擔憂,例如作業輔導、考試成績、自我管理、系統學習等,是否需要在幼兒階段提前介入,幼兒園是否要教「顯性」知識?

羅主任針對這個問題和家長們分享了「學霸」的特質,主要有以下幾點:
In response to this question, Director Luo shared the characteristics of top students with parents, mainly including the following points:
1. 注意力培養。
2.海量閱讀——為書寫準備打基礎,讓識字過程水到渠成;其次,拼音只是工具,不宜過早學習;最後,前書寫準備,例如幼兒園開展的美工活動,塗鴉、繪畫等,能鍛鍊孩子手部肘關節的靈活度,可為以後的書寫奠定基礎。
3.父母高質量的陪伴。
4.體能儲備——身體健康。
5.性格的培養——良好的自我管理。
現場,羅主任對家長們提出的問題與疑慮一一地耐心解答,讓家長們明白並理解兒童身心的發展不僅是漸進的,而且是遵循一定順序的,每個階段之間是不可逾越、不可顛倒的,前一階段是後一階段發展的必要條件。「幼小銜接」教育的學習必須建立在適合兒童心理發展水平的基礎上,讓幼兒順利地從經驗走向概念,從感性走向理性,從遊戲中學習走向課堂中學習。背課文、機械計算、學拼音等內容並不符合兒童的心理發展水平,超前學習小學的知識無異於揠苗助長,弊大於利。

曾園長表示,要遵循孩子的生長規律,培養孩子自信的品格,做到教師專業引領,家校攜手共建,實現自然銜接,自信融合。

全神貫注地聆聽
從幼兒園到小學,不是翻山越嶺,不是跳躍大溝深壑,也不是進入有天壤之別的生活,而是童年生活的一種自然延伸和過渡。通過此次科學的幼小銜接活動,讓幼兒、幼兒的家長和教師有了更進一步的認識,將活動中感悟到的知識內化、反思、提升,並運用到孩子身上,共同營造出有利於幼兒適應小學生活的氛圍,循序漸進、因勢利導,讓幼兒對小學的學習與生活充滿興趣與嚮往。
Through this scientific activity, children, parents and teachers can have a further understanding, internalize, reflect and enhance the knowledge learned in the activity, and apply it to the children, so as to create an atmosphere conducive to children's adaptation to primary school life.
