Operative Procedure
1. Apply topical anesthetic (e.g., proparacaine).
2. Place contact lens to stabilize eye, magnify view, and decrease total energy needed.
3. Laser parameters:
a. Power: Start with ~1 mJ.
b. Adjust laser to give minimum power that will achieve effective cutting.
4. Focus Helium-Neon laser aiming beam directly on posterior capsule. If an intraocular lens (IOL) is closely apposed to the capsule, focus Helium-Neon laser slightly posteriorly to avoid pitting the lens).
5. Perform capsulotomy.
操作步驟：
1.表面麻醉（如丙美卡因）。
2. 使用接觸鏡穩定眼球，且有放大效果，減少需要的總能量。
3.雷射參數：
a. 能量：從1mJ開始；
b.調整雷射能量以便最小能量即可進行有效切開。
4.將瞄準光束直接對準後囊。如果IOL離後囊很近，將瞄準光束輕輕往後移以免損傷晶體。
5. 行後囊切開。
