Last time I left you with a question: Can you say 「The movie is on the verge of coming out?」. The answer is no, this is wrong.
上一次我留下了一個問題給你們：可以說「電影on the verge of 上映」嗎？答案是不可以，這樣說是錯的。
You should only use 「on the verge」 to mean 「almost」 when you are not 100% sure it will happen. A movie will come out for sure, so you can only say 「it’s almost come out」, or 「it’s coming out soon.」
當事情不是100%會發生的時候，才能用「on the verge」代替「almost」。電影的上映是很確定的事情，所以只能這樣表達：「it’s almost come out」，或 「it’s coming out soon.」
What are some other ways to say that a movie is 「coming out」? 「Coming out」 is fine but you may want to have some more choices.
電影將要上映還有其他的表達方式嗎？用Coming out是可以的，但或許你想有更多的選擇：
1.That movie will be released next week.
那部電影下周上映。
2.I watched the premiere of that movie.
我看了那部電影的首映。
3.The movie will hit the theatres next week.
那部電影會下周來到影院。（上映的意思）
