hiii 大家,作為職場分享的第一篇,這是受我的摯友梁女士的啟發。
梁女士最近作為剛剛畢業的管培生,剛進公司就被要求跟進項目,參加和海外供應商的會議。這下梁女士可有點捉急,平時在學校裡英文環境不多,進入工作突然必須全英文交流,始終有點生疏。
其實工作郵件的套路來來回回就那麼幾句,多看看同事怎麼發就可以學到不少。為了讓大家快點適應新環境,先趕緊分享一波,幫助剛畢業的朋友順利過渡到搬磚狗的生活🐶。
\\先上幾個tips
>> 隨口要加please,kindly,thanks,用語千萬要禮貌,你永遠不知道什麼時候碰到對方的火藥桶,直接懟到你跪地求饒懷疑人生。
>>打招呼用Hi team/Alex即可,人家真的沒有跟你很親,不用Dear xxx。
>>千萬不要用大寫字母,讓人覺得你是在一字一頓地說話(很兇),不小心開了大寫鎖定一定要趕緊說sorry。

【催人這事很敏感,一定多用please以示禮貌,催老闆/客戶的時候慎!用!縮寫。】
5. 解釋情況:

差不多就是這些啦,上面10類短語足夠可以應付80%以上的場合,郵件溝通妥妥的!不用再浪費太多時間斟酌措辭啦。
