現在是睡覺的時間了。
注意：我們一定要知道，晚上的「睡眠」和中午或平時的「小睡」，在英文中是有不同的詞來對應的，分別是「sleep」和「nap」。

這個表達的意思就是你從決定睡覺，到困意上頭，再到真正睡著的過程。
