It tastes bad吧
「難吃」最常見的口語表達是
It tastes bad.
It doesn't taste good.
It tastes horrible.
上面三句都是這東西好難吃的意思，如果你想形容的極端些，想表達你吃到的東西令你反胃或者這道菜看起來就沒什麼食慾，可以用disgusting或revolting來表達令人厭惡，噁心的意思。
例：
That dessert tastes disgusting!
那個甜點可真難吃！
I wouldn't eat that. I'm sure it'd be revolting.
我不會吃那個的，我敢肯定它很難吃。
1. yukky 難吃的，噁心的，討人厭的，不愉快的
Where did you get this food? It was yukky.
你從哪裡弄了這吃的？那麼難吃。
2. doesn’t taste good/ tastes bad/ tastes off/ tastes funny/ tastes horrible 很難吃，味道很怪，味道不太對，味道很糟糕
例：
It tastes a little off. 這個東西味道不太對。
Left a bad taste in my mouth 在嘴裡留下了不好的味道
它可以指真正的食物，很不好吃留下了不好的味道。也可以用來指某人做了一件讓你很不舒服的事情。
例：
I think we all felt he'd been treated very unfairly and it left a bad taste in our mouths.我們都感受到他的不公平待遇了，這讓我們感覺很不好。
3. like cardboard
cardboard真正意思是「硬紙板」；中文有類似的比喻：味同嚼蠟，用來形容不好吃的食物。
The bread tastes like cardboard.
這種麵包味同嚼蠟。
4. unsavory
savory是「帶有香味的」，延伸為「美味可口的」；英語中相對比較禮貌、委婉的說法。
例：
The noddle is unsavory.
這面煮得不好吃。
5. poorly cooked
poorly在此指的是「不充分的」，即「煮得不夠好」。
例：
The dishes were many, but they were all poorly cooked.
菜很多，但燒得都不好吃。
6. the pits
pits基本意思是「坑」；形容 "the worst"（最糟糕的地方），年輕人的流行用語。
例：
The food in our dining hall is the pits; I almost threw up.
飯堂的菜真難吃，我差點要吐了。
A fall into the pit, a gain in your wit.

not good/ tasty/ delicious
1. 沒有味道，太淡
bland（還能用來表達人或事平淡無奇，乏味）
tasteless（能用來強調品味）
flavorless 無滋味的（flavorful，表示味道很好，很可口）
1）表達味道很淡
例：
The wine tastes as bland as water.
這紅酒味道淡如水。
The fish was mushy and tasteless.
魚是糊狀的，而且還沒味道。
2）表達乏味
例：
Pop music these day is so bland.
現在的流行音樂太令人乏味了。
3）形容人的性格
例：
He is a bland person.
他這個人很沉悶。
4）表達品味
例：
The film is tasteless, vulgar and even badly shot.
這電影毫無品味，粗俗，拍的還爛。
喜歡開玩笑的朋友或許可以用到下面這個短語：
In bad taste: 不禮貌，粗俗
如果不小心說了一個bad joke冒犯到別人：
Sorry, that joke was in bad taste. 抱歉，那個玩笑有點不禮貌。
2. 酸臭的 sour
例：
The milk turned sour.
牛奶變酸了。
3. 煮過頭的 overdone/overcooked
例：
The chicken was overcooked and dry.
雞肉做的太幹又太熟了。
4. 沒煮熟/欠火候的 undercooked
例：
People can become infected after eating raw or undercooked meat.
人們如果吃了生的或者未煮熟的肉會很容易被感染。
5. 變質的，不新鮮的 stale
例：
Bread goes stale very quickly.
麵包很容易變質。
6. 肉太老，沒熟
undercooked/ underdone: do not cook enough
I’m afraid this mango is a bit unripe. They’re not really in season at the moment.
unripe:not ready to eat;
ripe:being produced and ready and available
7. 過期
This milk has gone off. I think we should throw it out.
這瓶牛奶過期了，我們還是扔掉它吧。
1. yummy 好吃的，美味的
I think I'll have some more of that yummy chocolate cake.
我想再多吃點那個好吃的巧克力蛋糕。
2. mouth-watering 令人垂涎欲滴
The many mouth-watering desserts of France are based on fruits.
法國裡許多令人垂涎欲滴的甜品都是以水果為基調的。
3. scrumptious 絕妙的
What a scrumptious meal!
這是多麼美味的一頓料理！
4. lip-smacking
smack 意指「拍打」、「猛擊」
smack your lips也就是吧唧嘴的意思，肯定是吃到好吃的東西才會讓人想要吧唧嘴啦，所以這個詞可以用來形容食物誘人好吃，不過在吃飯時最好不要這樣，感覺有點不太禮貌~
例：
The roast duck is very lip-smacking.
這道烤鴨很好吃。
5. finger-licking good
它曾經是肯德基的廣告語，直譯過來就是舔手指的美食，所以大家都借用這句廣告語來形容東西很好吃，回味無窮。
例：
This fried chicken is finger-licking good.
這炸雞好吃得讓人回味無窮。
6. mouth-watering
這個詞一看就很有畫面感了，東西是有多好吃才會讓人口水都要流下來了啊，其實它就對應著中文裡的垂涎欲滴
例：
There were plenty of mouth-watering, delicious food on the table.
桌子上擺滿了令人垂涎的美味食物。
但是這個詞並不是味覺上的描述，而是著重在視覺上的，所以可以這樣說：
Look at those mouth-watering cakes.
看看這些讓人流口水的蛋糕。
7. out of this world
從字面意思來看是說：在這個世界之外，但其實它是英語口語裡的一個常見俚語，表示好的不得了，多用在描述食物的好吃~
例：
The food grandma prepared for me is out of this world.
奶奶為我準備的菜真的太好吃了。
其實它還有「不切實際」的意思
例：
His idea is always out of this world.
他的想法總是不切實際。

sugary
sickly
3. 有機食品
organic fruit and vegetables（grown without artificial chemicals）
4. 加工食品
processed food（that has been treated with chemicals to preserve it or give it extra colour or taste）
5. 食物非常重口味而且很難消化
This dish is very stodgy.
