你都怎麼用英語表達情緒呢?
還是只會用"I'm so happy"、"I'm so sad"嗎?
今天我們一起來學習一些表達情緒的口語,趕緊挑兩句背下來,下次跟同事、同學用英語聊天時就用上吧!
高興時
又到周末了,辛苦了一周就盼著這兩天,簡直不要太高興。趕緊約上朋友去逛個街、踢個球,這時候你可以說:
I'm walking on air. 我簡直太高興了。I feel like a million dollars. 感覺好極了。I've never been this happy.我從沒有這麼高興過。I feel great! 感覺好極了!I'm in a good mood today.我今天的心情很好。This is too good to be true.這簡直不敢讓人相信。
你朋友也很開心,TA也許會說:
I'm looking forward to this summer holiday.我期待著今年的暑假。You look happy today.今天你看上去很高興啊!Nothing could be more wonderful.沒有比這更讓人高興的了。Talk about luck. 真幸運呀!What fun! 那太棒了!/太好了!
生氣時
關係再好的朋友也會吵架,你們為周末到底去哪起了爭執,吵起了架來。這時你可以說:
That's disgusting. 真是討厭!I won't let you have your own way.我不會讓你得逞的。That's not a good excuse. 這也叫理由!No more excuses! 別再辯解了!I've heard enough of your excuses.我不想再聽你的辯解了。What's the big idea? 你到底在想什麼呢?
朋友也很生氣啊,TA也許會說:
Who do you think you're talking to?你知道你是在對誰說話嗎?Don't tell me what to do! 你少命令我!Don't give me any lip service!別給我開空頭支票。You're getting on my nerves. 你真讓我心煩。Have it your way! 隨你便吧!
朋友一扭頭走了,留你一個人生悶氣。你餘怒未消,心裡想著:
I've run out of patience. 我再也沒耐心了。I wasn't born yesterday. 我又不是不懂。You're making fun of me. 你拿我開涮吧。What he says offends me. 他的話多氣人呀。He has a quick/short/bad temper.他是急/壞脾氣。
討厭時
你開始覺得,TA這個人怎麼這麼討厭。生氣的時候總是容易想起一個人不好的地方,這時你會覺得:
I hate his guts. 我對他恨之入骨。I don't care for it. 我不喜歡。I can't stand him. 看見他我就心煩。Never again! 別再有第二次!I've had it. 我已經受夠了!It's your attitude I don't like.我不喜歡你的這種態度。
悲傷時
好不容易一個周末,不僅沒好好過,還把朋友給得罪了。你一個人窩在家,不禁悲從中來,這時你可以說:
I've got the blues today. 我今天感到很憂鬱。I don't feel like doing anything.我提不起精神來做事。What a disappointment! 真讓人失望!I blew it. 我搞砸了。It can't be helped. 毫無辦法。
偏偏這個時候還下起了雨,你覺得更加難過了。你會想到:
Rainy days get me down. 雨天使我感到消沉。My heart has been filled with grief. 我的內心充滿了悲傷。The sad story depressed me.這個悲傷的故事使我心情抑鬱。How ruthless! 真無情!No one can understand how I really feel.沒人能知道我的感受。
喜歡時
冷靜下來後,你意識到了自己的錯誤,準備給朋友打電話認個錯。這時TA正好也給你來了電話,你們言歸於好,約了出來一起吃個飯。這時你可以說:
I'm fond of this tea. 我喜歡這茶。I prefer tea to coffee. 比起咖啡來我更喜歡紅茶。Tomato soup is my cup of tea.我喜歡喝西紅柿湯。I've developed a great liking for Japanese food.我非常喜歡吃日本食品。I came to like sushi. 我開始喜歡吃壽司了。I'm choosy. 我這人很挑剔。
果然,朋友之間沒有什麼誤會是一頓飯解決不了的。
你們都明白了,要坦率表達自己的情緒,但也不要過於衝動。
