那「陪伴」英文怎麼說？
你是用「accompany」嗎？
Actually, accompany means to be with somebody because you want to help them or stop them from being alone.
accompany，實際是指因為要幫助他人或者防止他人落單的陪伴。
所以，我們常用「spend time with" 表達陪伴
不管你是在家陪老婆，陪家人，陪父母，陪孩子都是 spend time with
e.g: I spent time with my wife on the weekend.
我周末陪老婆。
e.g: In the morning I spend time with my son before going to work.
上午在上班前我陪兒子。
PS: accompany 用法是這樣：
e.g: My grandma went to the bank and I accompanied her.
我奶奶去銀行，我陪她一起去。
（Or, I kept her company,and that means I stopped her from being alone. And just wanted to help her to go to the bank and do everything at the bank.)
或者說，我陪著她，意思是我不讓她一個人落單。或我想幫她一起前往銀行辦事。
So there you go, accompany and spend time with are pretty different.
所以嘛，這兩個詞還聽不一樣的。
