Brunch即早午餐（英語：brunch，源於breakfast和lunch兩詞的結合），種類繁多，量卻不多，做工精緻，是在介乎早餐和午餐的餐，通常周末吃，因種種緣故而忽略不吃普通意義上的早餐，然而在早餐和午餐之間的時間吃東西。點綴你的美好周末。

Pantry at the Stables現在在ION也有分店啦，這個地段的分店比較贊，是因為它有戶外的場地可以讓我們呼吸新鮮空氣。久坐在這環境中，會感覺遠離了繁雜，生活變得無憂無慮。舌尖推薦美食：英式烤腸，鹽烤香菇，烘烤西紅柿，自製烤豆和全麥吐司（$ 20）香蕉藍莓煎餅（$ 17）。
Marmalade Pantry at the Stables has anotheroutlet at ION Orchard but we prefer this location because it means that we areout in the fresh air. Life feels carefree and countrified when you're sittingamong greenery, tucking into grilled English sausage with eggs, sautéedmushrooms, roasted tomatoes, home-made baked beans and whole wheat toast ($20)or banana and berries hotcakes ($17) .

Violet Oon'sKitchen 我是廚師Nyonyaclassics的大粉絲！不過這也沒什麼值得驚奇的，因此，當餐廳decidedto推出周末早午餐菜單時，我們都會發現幾道特別美味的菜。舌尖君推薦菜：烏達（東南Asianspiced魚餅），炸雞翅，三巴雞蛋，椰江黃瓜，江魚仔沙拉。
We are big fans of chef Violet Oon’s Nyonyaclassics. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that when the restaurant decidedto launch a weekend brunch menu, we found in it several excellent dishes to ourliking. A princely plate of otak-otak (Southeast Asianspiced fish cake), a fried chicken wing, sambal egg, nasi kuning and sides of tangy cucumber and ikan bilis (deep-friedanchovies) salad.

The Living
Cafe & Deli素食主義者好去處！這家餐廳不用生肉，不用奶製品不用白砂糖不用防腐劑和添加劑，沒有任何人工色素品，絕對健康！舌尖推薦：全麥煎餅早餐，有機草雞蛋和茄子，玉米粉煎餅撒上洋蔥和腰果。
A perfect place for vegetarians, vegan and those with allergies. The Living Cafe believes in using no red meat, no cowdairy, no white sugar, no preservatives, no additives, no artificial colouringsand gluten-free alternatives in its kitchen, so expect a healthy breakfast of wholemeal pancakes ($15), and organic scrambled eggs with raw eggplant bacon,red onion and cashew wrapped in a tortilla.

Baker&Cook它家店鋪有點小，如果你不能坐在店裡吃，會給你一個外賣盒帶走或坐在店外吃。但是不論怎樣，都不會影響它家Brunch的超棒味道。烤麵包圈配上cheese和火腿，熱乎乎的塗上Nutella的帕尼尼，或者煎餅堆，配上希臘酸奶還有自製太妃醬。還有它家的火腿蛋鬆餅也值得一試！
If you can’t snag a seat at the big tableindoors at theirHillcrest location you』ll be given a takeaway box, even though youare still able to sit outside. Not that it affects the taste of the tartinesand the brunch dishes much: the toasted bagel would still be the same, withcream cheese and ham; Nutella panini would still be warm and oozy; and thepancakes stack is still served with a caramelised apples compote with Greekyoghurt and homemade toffee sauce. The eggs benedict is also worth a try.

Missing Pan在那些麵包批發商的背後，就是The Organic Baker，沿著Bukit Timah路走，你就會在街邊發現這家時髦的Brunch店——The Missing Pan。這是一家溫馨的閣樓式咖啡廳，可以容納40人左右。舌尖推薦：eggs Florentine，上面有鱷梨和海帶。
From those behind wholesale bakery, The Organic Baker, is this sleek brunch spot in a two-storey shophouse along BukitTimah Road. The Missing Pan is a cosy loft-style bakery-and-cafe, doling outartisanal baked goods on the ground floor while seating up to 40 in the diningarea upstairs. Their eggs Florentine ($22) have been slow-poachedat 62 degrees and sit atop sourdough and avocado, smeared with seaweed crumbs.
