每日一句英譯英：I have insomnia

我們不需要「懂得」英語字面I have insomnia「(中文)什麼意思」，我們只需要懂得它的「英語意思」即可。這就是用英語學英語的技巧，和習慣及能力的養成。

Insomnia是「失眠」，下面的英語同樣是「失眠」。我們是說英語字面insomnia(big word)好說好記，還是說它的「英語意思」更容易呢？

2) I have insomnia英譯英

1. Okay.I got you.If you have insomnia,that means you have trouble or have difficulty in falling asleep=staying asleep at night=You can't fall asleep at night.

這不也是insomnia嗎？

2.Okay.I got you. People with insomnia=If you have insomnia=If you're suffering from insomnia,it also means You have difficulty in falling asleep. You wake up very often during the night and you have trouble going back to sleep.

如果拒絕用英語學英語，永遠只能說big word I have insomnia了，好辛苦！
