施一，博士，中國科學院微生物研究所研究員，中國科學院青年創新促進會理事長。他通過整合結構生物學、細胞生物學等研究方法，對流感病毒、伊波拉病毒和寨卡病毒等重要病毒性傳染病病原的侵入和複製過程進行了深入研究，取得了一系列重要進展。目前已在國際學術期刊發表SCI論文90餘篇，其中以第一或通訊作者（含共第一或共通訊）在Cell, Nature, Science, Nature Microbiology, PNAS, Nature Reviews Microbiology, Trends in Biochemical Science, Nature Structural and Molecular Biology, Nature Communications, The EMBO Journal, PLoS Pathogens等國際雜誌發表論文20餘篇；曾獲得國家傳染病科技重大專項「東非、中亞和東南亞等區域重要傳染病防控保障關鍵技術研究」（項目首席）、中科院青促會優秀會員（2019年）、國家自然科學基金委優秀青年基金（2016年）、面上項目、中科院先導B專項（項目負責人）和中國科學院卓越青年科學家項目（2014年）等資助。
