Claim
claim在法律英語中的意思是索賠，訴求，既可以作名詞，也可以作動詞。如claim damages要求損害賠償金，claim on the insurance 進行保險索賠，reject a claim拒絕一項索賠請求等。
Communication
communication在這裡不是抽象意義的交流，溝通，而是商業往來中的具體訊息，書信，包括來往函電，信件信件等。如Notices or other communications required to be given by one Party pursuant to this Agreement shall be written in Chinese.一方根據本協議要求發出的通知或其他書信應以中文書寫。
Company

Composition
composition在普通英語中的常見意思為作文，結構，在法律英語中的意思為和解協議，指債務人與全部或至少相當一部分債權人達成的此類協議。如In case a settlement agreement is reached through conciliation between the debtor and creditors, the court shall make a decision in accordance with the contents of the composition reached by and between both parties.經債務人和債權人經調解達成和解協議的案件，法院應當根據雙方當事人和解協議的內容，作出判決。
Concession
concession指（政府授予的）特許權，特許經營權，如BOT project concession period consists of two parts: concession period limit and concession period length. BOT項目特許權轉讓協議中有關特許期的約定涉及兩部分內容，包括特許期限定和特許期長度。
Concurrent Sentence
合併判決。刑事案中的被告犯了兩項或以上的罪名同時成立，但各項罪名的判刑同時執行，例如第一項罪的判刑是一年監禁，而第二項罪的判刑是監禁兩年，兩項罪合併判決，被告只需要被服刑兩年。
Confidential
confidential是法律英語中的常用詞彙，意思是保密的，機密的，相當於secret，但一般不能用secret替換。如Each party agrees to protect the other’s Confidential Information at all times and in the same manner as each protects the confidentiality of its own proprietary and confidential materials．各方同意，在任何時候都以保護自身專有資料和機密資料相同的方式保護另一方的機密信息。
Consecutive Sentence
連續判決。刑事案中的被告所犯的不同罪行，是以連續判決執行，則被告需要分別服刑，例如一項罪被判了兩年，另一項罪則被判了三年，被告便需要連續服刑五年，才會被釋放。
