事故解析:3月13日泰國曼谷匯商銀行大廈滅火系統事故

    「據泰國世界日報、泰國新聞網等媒體報導，3月13日21:30左右，曼谷

    SCBPARK大廈(泰國匯商銀行總部)發生嚴重事故，造成10人死亡、約15人受傷。該大廈地下層的自動滅火系統在沒有發生任何火災的情況下自動開啟導致事故發生。

    SCB銀行行長午夜趕到事發現場，宣布該事件是由於有工程承包商在大樓內作業，不慎觸及FM200煙氣型消防系統，導致發生大量煙霧,死亡者是嗆煙而死。」

    筆者從事消防行業多年，FM200(HFC227ea)根本不會導致窒息，究竟是什麼情況導致人員傷亡呢？

    後來該新聞進一步說：

    "據泰國警方初步調查發現，由於負責檢修大樓滅火系統的承包商錯誤操作，觸發滅火系統自動工作，噴出的Pyrogen滅火劑將空氣中的氧氣強迫化合，室內空氣缺氧導致傷亡。"

    那麼Pyrogen到底又是什麼呢？泰國警方的說法到底對不對呢？

    現在真相大白了，氣溶膠滅火系統才是原來這次事故的始作俑者。是一家位於馬來西亞（東南亞）的公司生產的。

    泰國匯商銀行官方的報導是：（泰國匯商銀行官方版）      (http://www.scb.co.th/en/news/2016-03-14/160314)    "Following an incident that took place at the Siam Commercial Bank head office underground floor on 13 March 2016 around 9.30 pm, the Bank would like to inform the public that it was neither a fire nor an explosion. The situation is now well under control.  From the preliminary investigation by the police, the incident may have been caused by the negligence of contractors who were hired to make additional improvements to the building's fire security system. While carrying out their tasks, a chemical agent used as a fire extinguisher, pyrogen gas, was inadvertently activated and exhausted all the oxygen in the area. As a result, there was loss of life and injuries, with the latest toll being 8 dead and 7 injured. The injured are now being treated in hospitals.  The Bank would like to express our deep regret for those affected, especially those injured and those who lost their lives during this unfortunate incident. The Bank will provide initial assistance as deemed appropriate. The area is now under investigation by police and concerned authorities, and further details will be reported.  SCB's headquarters have not been affected by the incident and the bank will operate as normal."

    官方的報告比較客觀：

    提到了幾個要點：

    1.事故並非爆炸或者火災。

    2.上文中「pyrogengas」提到了誤噴的介質是什麼，注意並不是FM200.

    這裡值得注意的是：該系統誤噴的時候估計響聲較大，否則不會用「爆炸」這個詞彙。

    3.系統是誤啟動了。

    讀者看到後面就會知道Pyrogen到底是什麼了，以及其工作原理的。
