分子生物學技術在蚊蟲分類中的應用

摘要由於蚊蟲中存在許多由形態相似的隱種組成的種團或複合體,沿用傳統的方法對其分類和鑑別較為困難,因此,尋找合適的特徵和方法成為新世紀蚊蟲分類工作者研究的重點內容之一。分子鑑別是較為活躍的研究領域之一,它以遺傳的本質DNA為依據來闡明物種間的差別,從分子水平上鑑別物種,具有客觀、準確的特點,在蚊蟲分類中廣為應用。而應用分子標誌研究群體遺傳結構是近年來進展最為迅速的領域之一,目前公認mtDNA部分基因序列和微衛星DNA較為理想。

[Abstract] Because there are manymosquitoes implicit from the morphologically similar speciescomposition of the species-group or complex, the traditionalmethods of their classification and identification is difficult,therefore, to find suitable characteristics and methods of the newcentury, mosquitoes in the study classified workers one ofemphasis. Molecular identification is a more active research areas,it is based on the genetic nature of DNA to clarify the differencesbetween species, from the molecular level, identification ofspecies, with an objective and accurate characteristics of themosquito is widely used classification. The application ofmolecular marker studies of population genetic structure is themost rapid progress in recent years, one of the areas currentlyrecognized as part of the mtDNA sequence and microsatellite DNA ismore desirable.
