In your February article of "Reflections on the Epidemic", you shared your incisive thoughts and insights about the pandemic.Back then, for many in Turkey, that topic was almost irrelevant, seen as something happening somewhere out there that would never reach our shores; whereas now, the country is almost in a complete lockdown like anywhere else in the world.We have mixed feelings.We would like to do an interview with you and hope to get your support.

1.You say you have discovered your purpose in life.How would you describe it? What would be the ultimate message you would like to give to other people?

此生，我為愛而生、為愛而來，我的使命是——傳播愛的智慧。作為作家，我希望用覺悟到的慈悲、思想、智慧去開啟人們的愛的智慧——懂得愛，發現愛，創造愛，成為愛，成就愛，擁有愛，傳遞愛。
LanXin:Everyone has mission, but some people have found, and some people are looking for the road, and some people completely unaware of their mission.When you find your destiny, you'll never mind what you've endured.Let go of what's lost, endured, paid, gained, enjoyed…You will no longer care about what is lost, endured, given, gained, enjoyed…It's about looking at karma, looking at what's going on in the moment, in the broader context of the mission…It doesn't matter how busy, how hard, how tired…What I care about is what I have brought to the people around me, what I have brought to the predestined people, and what I have left to the world…Everything you give, you enjoy it, because fulfilling your mission is itself a great joy and enjoyment.

2.Can we learn more about the DongBa culture? What is the core wisdom of DongBa culture?

蘭心：感謝您關注東巴文化！東巴文化指中國納西民族古老而神秘的文化，它是世界記憶遺產，迄今為止已有2000多年的歷史。主要包括東巴文字、東巴經、東巴繪畫、東巴音樂、東巴舞蹈、東巴法器和各種祭祀儀式等，其中，東巴象形文字是被譽為「世界唯一存活著的象形文字」。東巴文化主要集中在中國的麗江，麗江因為擁有世界三大文化遺產而成為世界聞名的旅遊聖地，東巴文化也受到世界各國學者的極大關注。

LanXin:Thank you for your attention to DongBa culture! DongBa culture refers to the ancient and mysterious culture of Na Xi nationality in China.It is a world memory heritage with a history of more than 2,000 years.It mainly includes DongBa scripture, DongBa painting, DongBa music, DongBa dance, DongBa artifacts and various sacrificial ceremonies.Among them, DongBa hieroglyphic script is known as "the only surviving hieroglyphic script in the world".DongBa culture is mainly concentrated in LiJiang, China, which has become a world-famous tourist destination because of its three cultural heritages in the world.DongBa culture has also attracted great attention from scholars all over the world.
DongBa culture is a religious culture that believes in animism.DongBa Master is the main inheritor of DongBa culture and is known as the "wise man".My master is DongBa Master, and I am the only female descendant of Dongba culture.
The core wisdom of DongBa culture is embodied in three aspects: First, Harmony between Man and Nature.It means that man and the universe are one.We should respect and care for nature and learn to live in harmony with it.Second, respect nature and love life.Third, 「Tao」 follows nature.It means that everything works by the rules of nature.Including the Tao of nature, the Tao of society, the Tao of man and the Tao of the universe.
3.How can the humanity be more compassionate towards the world?

蘭心：人類對世界的慈悲心，取決於每個人本身的心靈層次。無論人種、民族、國家的不同，人類都是一個共同體，在他人身上發生的事，都有可能發生在自己身上。如果每個人有同理心，能感同身受別人的苦難，以慈悲心看待、對待，那麼，福來福往，同樣會得到慈悲的對待。反之，我們怎能奢望得到他人的慈悲呢？
事實上，愛是無界的。想被世界寬待，先善待眾生；想遇見心想事成的自己，先讓慈悲和大愛住進心裡。
LanXin:Human compassion for the world depends on the spiritual level of each individual.Regardless of race, nation and country, human beings are a community.Whatever happens to others, may happen to us.If everyone has empathy, empathizes with the suffering of others, and treats them with compassion, then happiness will be treated with compassion.On the contrary, how can we expect mercy from others?
In fact, love have no bounds.If you would be treated kindly by the world, be kind to all; If you want to meet the person you want to be, let compassion and great love live in your heart first.
4.You are writing about the wisdom of love; how did your mindfulness journey start and how did you progress? Would you share with us your current state of mindfulness?

蘭心：從出生以來，我的人生發生了無數的奇遇，都是關於「愛」的。我在奇遇中飛速地精進，領悟，覺知。與此同時，我每天通過網絡平臺發布短文給讀者，每條閱讀上百萬，有時候上千萬。我和讀者朋友們雖然未曾謀面，但僅通過我的文字和照片，就能敏銳感知到我內心想傳遞給大家的愛，懂得我靈魂深處的慈悲。
這一切，都促成了我逐漸找到自己的使命。終於有一天，我有了一次神奇的體證，瞬間證悟到了自己的使命。
我有與生俱來的超感力，後來因為深入修習中國的傳統文化：儒、釋、道，我集眾家之長融匯貫通，我領悟到：所有宗教的核心是「愛」，愛是超越任何宗教之上的最高智慧。
人生是一個不斷尋找自己、成為自己的過程，在這個過程中，是從「小我」到「大我」再到「超我」的成長過程，如今的我，心無界，意無界，愛無界，從曾經心裡只住著自己的小女子蘭心到如今心裡住著眾生和神靈的蘭心。
LanXin:Since I was born, a lot of amazing things have happened in my life, all about love.These amazing things and meetings have brought me to a rapid pace of comprehension and awareness.At the same time, I write short articles to readers every day through the online platform, reading millions, sometimes tens of millions.My readers and I have never met, but through my words and photos alone, they are keenly aware of the love and compassion that my heart wants to convey to them.
All these contributed to my gradually finding my own mission.Finally, one day, I had a magical body proof, instant proof to realize their mission.
I was born with extrasensory.Later, through deep study of traditional Chinese culture: Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, I combined these strengths and realized that the core of all religions is love, and love is the highest wisdom above any religion.
Life is a process of finding and becoming yourself.In this process, I grow up from the "ego" to the "superego".Now I have no boundaries in heart, mind and love.
5.At a time when the apocalyptic movies suddenly look so real, In your previous article you wrote: "Natural and man-made disasters are warnings that suggest something to the humanity.」 What do you reckon might happen unless people do not take heed to such warnings?

LanXin:Human beings always think that those disaster movies have nothing to do with us and won't happen to us.And this outbreak has brought humanity into the midst of an unprecedented disaster movie.We are all part of it.All things are one, man and nature, man and heaven and earth should coexist harmoniously.If people ignore the warnings, disasters will continue and even spread, and mankind will remain in a precarious situation of insecurity and instability.
6.Looking at this global incident from the standpoint of 「All things have a soul」, is it a conflict between nature and man? Could we call it a clash between souls? How could a unity be achieved?
土耳其《第三隻眼》雜誌：站在「萬物皆有靈」的立場來看待這一全球性事件，這是一種人與自然的衝突嗎？我們能稱之為靈魂間的衝突嗎？怎樣才能達到和諧統一呢?
蘭心：正如上面談到的「東巴文化」核心智慧所說「萬物皆有靈」，眾生平等，當人類過度攫取、破壞、傷害自然，衝突就勢必會發生。這次的疫情就是自然對人類的警醒。不只是靈魂之間的衝突，也是生命之間的衝突，是維度之間的衝突。
人類應該在災難中反思，人與自然、天地萬物之間應該相互尊重，相互依存，互存敬畏，互不侵犯，才能和諧安寧。
LanXin:As the core wisdom of "DongBa culture" mentioned above says, "Everything has spirit".All beings are equal.When human beings overdo, destroy and injure nature, conflicts are bound to occur.This outbreak is nature's wake-up call to humanity.It's not just conflict between souls, it's conflict between lives, a conflict between dimensions.
Human beings should reflect in the midst of disasters.Only relying each other, and respecting each other, we can live in harmony and tranquility.
7.Can people still find heaven on earth while the world is in such turmoil? If 「yes」, then how? If 「no」, then why not?
土耳其《第三隻眼》雜誌：世界如此動蕩，人們還能在人間找到天堂嗎?如果「能」，那麼應該怎麼做?如果「不能」，那為什麼不能呢?
蘭心：其實，人類能否在人間找到天堂——取決於人類本身。天災人禍提示人類應斷惡，修善，掌控貪、嗔、痴，珍惜當下，知足常樂，寬待世界，就能找到身心靈的淨土，擁有美好的世界。
LanXin:In fact, whether human beings can find paradise on earth depends on human beings.Natural and man-made disasters suggest that human beings should break away from evil, practice good, control greed, anger and delusion, cherish the present, be content with enough, and be tolerant to the world, so as to find a pure land of body and mind have a beautiful world.
8.How did the public psyche fare in the course of the epidemic? How did people get through the process？
土耳其《第三隻眼》雜誌：在疫情的過程中，中國的公眾心理如何呢?人們是如何度過這個過程的？
蘭心：中國人民和全世界的人民一樣，疫情剛來臨時，我們也感到恐慌和擔憂，但隨著疫情逐步得到控制，大家的心慢慢放鬆下來了。中國人民非常配合國家防控疫情的建議，這也是疫情在中國能得到控制的原因之一。
從心理學角度來說，當人處於優越、安逸的環境中時，心反而不容易滿足，怨天尤人。而當我們的生命健康面臨突如其來的危險，突然意識到人生無常，一切都是浮雲，生命、健康、平安是最重要的。我們在家裡不能出門，突然意識到正常的生活是多麼地珍貴！大自然是多麼地美！陽光、空氣、美好的環境，是上天的恩賜！疫情之前，每個人想得很多，而疫情之下，活著——成了人們當下最大的心願！
LanXin:Like the people all over the world, Chinese people felt panic and worry when the epidemic first came.But as the epidemic has gradually been brought under control, people's hearts have been relaxed.The Chinese people have been very cooperative with the national advice on epidemic prevention and control, which is one of the reasons why the epidemic has been brought under control in China.
From psychological point of view, when people are in a privileged and comfortable environment, the heart is not easy to meet, blame.And when our life and health face sudden danger, suddenly realize that life is impermanent, everything is floating clouds, life, health and peace are the most important.We can't go out at home and suddenly realize how precious normal life is! How beautiful nature is! Sunshine, air and beautiful environment are gifts from nature! Before the epidemic, everyone thought a lot, and under the epidemic, to live has become the greatest wish of people at present!
9.And, how did you get through this process, what could you tell us about your self-isolation process, what things have you become more mindful about?

蘭心：疫情最嚴重的那段時間，我和所有中國人民一樣在家隔離，我在家寫作，基本上不出門。好在電商和物流帶給我們大大的便利，生活用品可以網購。可能由於我是作家的原因，平時養成了在電腦和手機上工作的習慣，也習慣了獨處。所以相對於有的人來說，我稍微習慣一點。令我非常感動的是我收到了來自各國的國際作家好友的問候和關心。尤其在二月份時，土耳其的國際作家Nurduran Duman考慮到我不能出門欣賞春天的美，特意拍了土耳其很多美麗的風景照給我，讓我感受春天之美。我們相識於中國，相知於無國界的交流，她非常慈悲，非常大智慧，我們的友誼印證了「愛無界，鏈蒼穹」。

LanXin:At the height of the epidemic, Like all Chinese people, I was quarantined at home.I wrote at home.Fortunately, e-commerce and logistics bring us great convenience and daily necessities can be purchased online.Maybe because I am writer, I have developed the habit of working on the computer and mobile phone, and also used to being alone.So I'm a little bit more used to it than some people.To my great touch, I have received greetings and concerns from friends of international writers from many countries.In particular, in February, Turkish international writer Nurduran Duman took into account that I could not go out to enjoy the beauty of spring, so he specially photographed many beautiful landscapes in Turkey for me to feel the beauty of spring.We met in China, then understood each other in the borderless exchange, she is very compassionate and wise! Our friendship proves that love knows no bounds.
In this process, I was constantly reflecting on myself and humanity.I cherish my life more, enjoy every moment more, cherish love between my family and friends more, and realize my mission more.
10.All this social distancing we have imposed on ourselves, which will likely continue for a while, is seeping all the way down into our neurons, how will love as we know it be restored or what will it turn into?

11.How is the situation in China now?
