元氣滿滿的一天當然要從一頓豐盛的早餐開始啦~
早餐最最常見的就是雞蛋，但是點餐時問到「How would you like your eggs？」時該怎麼辦…？溏心蛋要怎麼說？我想吃蛋黃老一點的該怎麼講？炒雞蛋好好吃但是要怎麼點？
今天我們就從早餐點雞蛋這看似簡單但卻又並不那麼容易的這方面出發吧~
1Boiled eggs=水煮蛋
Server: How would you like your eggs?服務生: 您的雞蛋需要怎麼做？Timmy: I would like my eggs boiled.蒂米: 我想要水煮蛋。Server: Hard boiled or soft boiled?服務生: 老一些還是溏心？Timmy: Soft boiled eggs, please.蒂米: 溏心蛋謝謝。
2Fried eggs=煎雞蛋
a) Sunny side up
If eggs look like this. ↑↑↑
如果雞蛋看起來像這樣。
Then they are called 「Sunny side up」. The yellow part facing up, just like the sun in the morning.
就會被叫做「太陽蛋」。生蛋黃的一面朝上，就像是早上剛初升的太陽。
b) Over easy & Over hard
You can also order your eggs 「Over easy」 or 「Over hard」, that means the eggs have been flipped.
你也可以點「半熟蛋」或「全熟蛋」，意味著煎蛋被翻了個面兒。
Over easy↑↑↑
The egg just been flipped for a short time.
雞蛋只翻面兒煎了一會兒。
Over hard↑↑↑
The egg has been flipped for a while until the yolk is hard.
蛋黃直接翻面兒煎到熟。
3那麼像雞蛋加香腸的早餐套餐中的「炒雞蛋」怎麼說呢？
