1、新華社消息，日前，中共中央決定，任命劉士餘同志為中國證監會黨委書記，免去肖鋼同志的中國證監會黨委書記職務。國務院決定，任命劉士餘同志為中國證監會主席，免去肖鋼同志的中國證監會主席職務。
From Xinhua News Agency, a few days ago, the CPC Central Committee decided to appoint Comrade Liu Shiyu as the Party Secretary of China Securities Regulatory Commission and dismisscomrade Xiao Gang’s duty as the Party Secretary. The State Council decided to appoint Comrade Liu Shiyu as the Chairman of China Securities Regulatory Commission and replace Xiao Gang.
2、劉士餘，男，漢族，1961年11月出生，江蘇灌雲人，中共黨員。清華大學水利工程系水利水電工程專業學士，清華大學經濟管理學院管理科學與工程專業碩士、技術經濟學博士，研究員。1984年8月參加工作，曾任中國農業銀行黨委書記、董事長。
Liu Shiyu, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in November 1961, Guanyun district in Jiangsu Province, the Member of the Chinese Communist Party. He is a Bachelor in Water Resources and Hydro-power Engineering in the Water Conservancy Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, also a master of Economics, Management Science and Engineering, a doctorof Technology Economics and a researcher. He started to work in August1984, used to serve as the Party Secretary and chairman of the boardin the Agricultural Bank of China.
3、財政部副部長朱光耀稱，當前全球經濟面臨的挑戰非常嚴峻，G20要加強政策的協調、溝通，特別要加強宏觀經濟政策的協調與溝通，要努力形成政策的共識，要體現G20同舟共濟的精神來有效的、有針對性的促進G20強勁可持續平衡增長的原則實現。
Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao said the global economy is currently facing a severe challenge. G20 should strengthen policy coordination and communication, in particular to strengthen the macroeconomic policy coordination and communication, to strive for forming a consensus policy which should embody the spiritof the G20; helping one another so as to promote the achievement of strong principles, and the targeted promotion of sustainable and balanced growth.
4、中國經營報援引接近住建部的權威人士稱，目前，包括公安部、財政部、發改委、住建部、國土資源部、人民銀行總行、銀監會等部門，都在本領域職權範圍內，醞釀相關鼓勵和引導農村居民到周邊或者區域中心的城鎮買房的措施。
China Business News quoted an authority close to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, saying the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Finance, Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Land and Resources, People's Bank, China Banking Regulatory Commission and other departments, all of them are incubating relevantmeasures withintheir purview to encourage and guide the rural population to buy a house in neighboring or regional centers of urban areas.
5、經濟觀察報消息，房價已連續瘋漲16個月的深圳，正研究房地產調控政策，以形成房價合理區間。正在討論的調控措施包括將購房者的社保繳納要求由一年改為三年、營業稅免徵由兩年改為五年等。2016年深圳調控收緊、房價漲幅收窄是大概率事件。
Economic Observer news, the housing prices in Shenzhen have been skyrocketing for 16 consecutive months, so the real estate control policy is studying to form a reasonable range for housing prices. The control measures which are being discussed include the requirements of changing the buyers』 Social Security Tax from one year to three years, those exempt from BusinessTax changing from two to five years and so on. Tightening regulation and narrowing the housing price rise will be a high probability occurrence for Shenzhen in 2016.
6、商務部部長高虎城稱，中國不存在所謂的「外資撤離潮」，今年中國對外投資和吸引外資都將保持良好的增長勢頭。「十三五」期間，中國將會繼續堅持擴大開放，打造法制化、國際化、便利化的營商環境。
Minister of Commerce Gao Hucheng said that China does not have the so-called "boom of foreign investment withdrawal". China's foreign investment and the attracting foreign investment will maintain a good momentum of growth this year. During the period ofthe "Thirteenth Five Year Plan", China will continue to adhere to open wider so as to build a legislative, international and facilitating business environment.
7、前央行貨幣政策委員會委員李稻葵稱，要進行匯率改革，首先需要外部對本國的匯率觀點比較一致，由此，在沒有大幅度貶值的情況下，將資本帳戶逐步打開。匯率彈性是有時機的，現在這個時機已經過去了。
Former central bank monetary policy committee member, Li Daokui said you first need a comparatively external, consistent view against the country's exchange rate, if there is a need to carry out a reform of the exchange rate.Therefore, capital accounts will opengradually in the absence of large-scale devaluation. The time of flexibility in the exchange rate has now passed.
8、興業銀行魯政委稱，中國經濟所面臨的下行壓力，實際上是源於實際有效匯率的高估。由於國內成本具有零和特徵，具有向下剛性，所以更靈活的雙邊匯率非常重要。市場化的人民幣匯率機制應成為供給側改革最優先的內容。
From the Industrial Bank, Lu Zhengwei said,the Chinese economy is facingdownward pressure which has derived from the real effectiveexchange rate overvaluation. As the domestic cost has the feature ofa zero sum, with downward rigidity, it is very important to have a flexible bilateral exchange rate. A market-oriented exchange rate mechanism should be the highest priority contentfor the supply-side reform.
9、馬雲在亞布力論壇上表示，「服務、消費和高科技行業」是中國三個新的經濟增長點，是中國經濟新的三架馬車，也是巨大機會。以出口為導向的經濟不可能持續。
Ma Yun expressed at the Yabuli Forum, "services, consumer and high-tech industry," are the threeneweconomic growth points of China, China’s new economic troika alsorepresents a huge opportunity. It will not be sustainable for export-oriented economy.
10、全國政協副主席韓啟德稱，社會保障在快速發展的同時也存在著權益不公、效率偏低的問題，藥價虛高的問題到了讓人咋舌的地步。
Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Han Qide said with the rapid development of social security, the problems of injustice, rights and interests and low efficiency are coexisting as well. It has been a staggering situation for irrational high drug prices.
11、發改委近日宣布，今年起，放開高鐵動車票價，改由鐵總自行定價，並給予鐵總根據市場競爭狀況和客流分布等因素實行一定的折扣票價的權力。學界普遍預計，發改委放開高鐵票價管制之後，部分熱門線路的高鐵票價確實存在上浮空間。
The Development and Reform Commission (DRC) recently announced thathigh-speed rail fares will be released starting from this year which will be priced by the China Railway Corporation itself. The given power of implementing certain discount fares will be in accordance with the factors of market competitionand traffic distribution. Scholars generally expected, that after the DRC release of high-speed rail fare regulation,fares on some popular high-speed rail lineswill have space for possible increases.
12、中國經營報消息，通過安裝電子車牌徵收擁堵費這一技術路線，已經獲得交通部門的首肯。電子車牌技術在2016年年初已經在無錫率先進行試點，根據參與試點的企業透露，2016年上半年，有計劃在北京進行電子車牌試點。
China Business News, the technology route of installing electronic licensesto charge congestion fees has received approval from the transport sector. Electronic license plate technology has taken the lead pilot in Wuxiin early 2016.According to sources from participatingcompanies in the testing phase,it is planed to operate an electronic license pilot in Beijing in the first half of 2016.
13、德國商業銀行報告稱，2016年黃金ETF基金持倉流入已超過2015年流出的總和；在現時的環境下，黃金需求依然存在，繼續因高水平的不確定性的驅動而上漲，對金價構成支撐。
Germany's Commerzbank reported the inflows of gold ETF fund holdings in 2016 has exceeded the total outflows of 2015.Under the present circumstances, the demand for gold is still there. The rise driven by continuous high levels of uncertainty will support the gold price.
