1、海通證券首席經濟學家李迅雷稱，GDP增速創25年新低，與流動人口減少有很大關係。而勞動人口減少正從供給與需求兩側掣肘經濟增長。經濟增長模式已從欠帳式轉變為舉債式，赤字應大大突破，預期2016年是債券大發行之年。
Hai Tong Securities chief economist Lee Xunlei saidGDP growth rate has hita 25-year low, which is closely linkedto the reduction of the floating population. The workforce reduction is being constrained by economic growth from the sides of supply and demand. The economic growth model is changing from being in debt into over debt.The deficit should greatly exceed, 2016 is expectedto be a big year for issuing bonds.
2、中金餘向榮、梁紅稱，央行安排6000億以上資金支持的相關操作，有助緩解春節前後流動性壓力，相當於降準50基點所投放的流動性，或降低春節前降準概率；但預計今年全年降準600個基點。
CICC Yu Xiangrong, Liang Hong said the central bank arranged more than 600 billion in funds to support operations.It will help ease liquidity pressures around Spring Festival, which is equivalent to a drop of 50 basis points into liquidity,or reducing the probabilityof falling before Spring Festival. It is expected to drop 600 basis pointsthis year.
3、野村證券認為，中國央行近期公開操作削弱1月降準可能性，但不足以壓低市場利率。今年晚些時候仍可能需要降準來對衝強大的資本外流。維持今年將有4次降準，2次降息的預測。
Nomura Securities believes that recentlyChina's Central Bank operates to lower the deposit reserve rate possibility in January, but it’s not enough to drive down market interest rates. Later this year,lowering ratesmay still be required to hedge strong capital outflows. There will be four occasions of lowering rates and cutting interest rates for this year’s forecast.
4、招商證券宏觀研究主管謝亞軒表示，央行的一系列超預期舉措表明，在人民幣匯率穩定和離岸市場發展、人民幣國際化之間，央行堅定選擇匯率，不惜以離岸市場流動性和離岸人民幣資產價格為代價，這有利於人民幣匯率預期的改變。
China Merchants Securitiesmacro research director XieYaxuan represents a series of initiatives over the Central Bank and is expected to show that among the RMB exchange rate stability and development of the offshore market and the internationalization of the RMB, the Central Bank firmly chooses the exchange rate.At the cost of the offshore market liquidity and offshore RMB assets, it is conducive to the expected change in RMB exchange rates.
5、住建部政策研究中心主任秦虹表示，2013至2015年間，大約60%的住宅被80後購置，婚房是主要的剛性需求。而「十三五」時期，全國20歲到29歲的人口總量在下降，房地產需求將從剛性需求為主逐步轉向改善性需求為主。

6、商務部發言人沈丹陽表示，希望人民幣匯率基本穩定,並隨市場波動。中國外貿仍面臨困難,去年底外貿改善顯示出政策支持的效果,今年1月份出口數字可能「沒那麼漂亮」。
Ministry of Commerce spokesman ShenDanyang expressed hope that the RMB exchange rate be stableand fluctuate with the market. China's foreign trade is still facing difficulties. The foreign trade’s improvement displays the results from the policy support in the end of last year,while export figures may be "not so pretty" in Januarythis year.
7、證券時報消息，2015年1月1日至2016年1月19日，共有10家保險公司舉牌了31家上市公司，合計買入94.69億股，市值達1199億元。由於每年的年中和年末成為險企償債能力考核的重要時點，相信今年在這兩個時點也會是險資舉牌的密集期。

8、從深圳證券交易所獲悉，今年將啟動「深港通」，推動香港互認基金在深交所LOF平臺掛牌交易和互認ETF基金在深港交易所交叉掛牌。開發特色指數跨境基金產品交叉掛牌。建設境外信息發布、境外投資服務平臺、國際創新企業社區。
The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has informed that this year will launch the "Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express"promoting the listed trading for mutual recognition of Hong Kong funds in the LOF platform of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the cross-listing for mutual recognition of ETF funding in the Hong Kong and Shenzhen Stock Exchange,to develop the cross-listingof the characteristic index of cross-border fund products,to construct the service platform for offshore information dissemination and overseas investment, and to build an international innovation business community.
9、環保部正在編制「水十條」實施情況評估考核辦法和實施細則，預計今年出臺。問責制將進一步細化落實，環保部將和各省市籤訂水汙染防治目標責任書，地方若治理不力將面臨強力問責。
Ministry of Environmental Protection is preparing a "ten-plan for water" evaluation about the implementation of assessment methods and implementation details, which is expected to be introduced this year. 10、全國食品生產監管工作會議日前召開。食藥監總局副局長滕佳材強調，繼續加強重點食品監管和風險防控，加強重點食品共性問題研究，對全國嬰幼兒配方乳粉實施月月抽檢，嚴格嬰幼兒輔助食品生產許可審查發證工作。
The national food production supervisionwork conference is being held recently. Food and Drug Administration Deputy Director General TengJia stressed that we need to continue strengtheningthe supervision on food regulation and risk prevention, strengthen the focus on the common problems of key foods, implement monthly sampling for nationwide infant formula milk powder, and strictly examine the issuanceof certifications for infant auxiliary food production licenses.
11、IMF發表對香港經濟及金融狀況的總結報告指出，雖然香港正面對美聯儲加息、中國內地結構性轉變及本地物業市場調整的多重挑戰，但政府強大的財政及金融緩衝空間，將有助於減少上述風險帶來的潛在負面影響。
IMF published the economic and financial situation of Hong Kong's summary report, noting that Hong Kong is facing multiple challenges from Federal Reserve rate hikes, China mainland structural changes and the adjustments of the local property market, but the government's strong fiscal and financial buffer will help to reduce the potential negative impact of risks.
12、國際勞工組織稱，2016年全球失業率將由2014至2016年的5.8%小幅下降至5.7%，但人口增加意味著全球失業人口總數將上升。流入歐洲的難民較長期來講有助於克服熟練工人短缺問題。
The International Labour Organization said in 2016 the global unemployment rate declinedslightly from 5.8% to 5.7% from 2014 to2016, but the increase in population means that the total number of unemployed will rise worldwide. In thelonge-term, the inflow of refugees in Europe will help to overcome the shortage of skilled workers.
13、路透社消息，美國強生近期表示，未來兩年將在醫藥器材部門裁減3000個崗位，或佔該部門全球人力約4-6%，藉此每年節省最多達10億美元成本，並聚焦於更具創新性的產品。
From Reuters, Johnson & Johnson recently said that3,000 jobs will be cutin the medical equipment sector within the next two years ,accounting for around 4-6% of its global employees.Thereby saving up to $1 billion annually, itwill focus on more innovative products and services.
