2016中國年度酒單大獎於上周五（5月20日）出爐，上海Hakkasan餐廳擊敗了大中華區的眾多重量級對手，力奪四項大獎，其中包括最佳酒單獎。
Hakkasan面對的競爭對手都實力不俗，其中包括上海的Jean Georges和 Jade on 36， 北京的TRB和香港的121 BC這樣的頂尖餐廳。它不僅贏得了最佳酒單獎，還將中國東部地區最佳酒單、最佳獨立餐廳酒單和最佳開胃酒酒單收入囊中。不但Hakkasan滿載而歸，旗下首席侍酒師鄧尹琛也榮獲2016中國大陸年度最傑出侍酒師的稱號。
「Hakkasan不僅徹底顛覆了餐廳界的葡萄酒世界， 還變革和重塑了並不起眼的酒單，為其注入無限活力。」大獎聯合主席Peter Forrestal這樣評價道。「Hakkasan素以典範性的設計風格、創新的酒單結構和卓越的的酒品質量著稱。這個酒單給人提供了眼花繚亂的選擇，即使是意志力最堅強的葡萄酒愛好者也會垂涎三尺。」
其他獲獎餐廳包括澳門餐廳Aux Beaux Arts（2016中國年度最佳酒單—香港、澳門及臺灣地區）、上海桂花樓（最佳中國葡萄酒酒單）、廣州Limoni（最佳精緻酒單—最多不超過50款葡萄酒） 以及121 BC（香港地區最佳酒單和最佳葡萄酒吧酒單雙得主 ）。

Hakkasan Shanghai garnered four wins including the top spot at the 2016 China’s Wine List of the Year Awards last Friday on May 20, beating out a field of heavyweight fine dining restaurants in Greater China.
Competing against the likes of Jean Georges and Jade on 36 in Shanghai, TRB in Beijing and 121 BC in Hong Kong, Hakkasan won not only China’s Wine List of the Year, but also Best Wine List Eastern China, Best Independent Restaurant Wine List and Best Aperitif List. As the winner of the top award, Hakkasan head sommelier James Teng was also named as Mainland China’s Outstanding Sommelier of 2016.
「Hakkasan doesn’t just turn the world of wine in restaurants upside down and inside out, it revolutionises, revitalises and remakes the humble wine list,」 said Peter Forrestal, co-chairman of the awards. 「Its exemplary design and innovative structure matches the quality of wines chosen to grace the list with choices that will tantalise even the most strong-willed winelover.」
Other winners that night include Macanese establishment Aux Beaux Arts, which was recognised as the best wine list for the Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau category, Gui Hua Lou in Shanghai for its list of Chinese wines, Limoni in Guangzhou for the best small wine list (50 bottles or less), and 121 BC for Hong Kong’s best list and best wine bar list.
