不喧譁，自有聲。優秀而謙遜的印度籍男神，ACCA教師Kris，並沒有太把這些成績當做一回事，他不僅僅有這些學業上、事業上的成功，他也有一個美麗的妻子和可愛的公主般的女兒。今天，小編就帶你們走進男神的世界，與根本不care his big belly的男神近距離探討求知、生活和家庭的快樂之道。

小編：您眼中優秀的學生，出色的老師是什麼樣的呢？
Kris：Good student: A person who is motivated, inquisitive in acquiring knowledge ,who can question the validity of the knowledge learned to enhance their understanding and apply the knowledge learned to solve real world problems.Good Teacher: A person, who is a good student himself, shows empathy for the learners,well-versed,practical,forward-looking and motivate his students to become better people.
（譯）一個優秀的學生能孜孜不倦、如饑似渴的學習新知識，知其然還要知其所以然，以期加深對知識的理解，能真正學以致用；一個優秀的老師其實也是一個優秀的學生，能和求學者換位思考，學識淵博，實事求是，有遠見，能夠激勵他的學生成為更好的，對社會有貢獻的人。
小編：您曾在印度，美國求學，如今在中國教書。您認為三個國家教育風格的最大差異是什麼？
Kris：Every country will have their own distinct learning cultures. So what matters here is not the differences in the learning cultures but learning itself. If a student is learning what he likes no matter where he/she is studying he/she will excel in studies. The ultimate important thing here is the interest of the learner. Learn what you like to excel yourself. So I prefer learning which has a purpose not just passing exams.
（譯）每個國家都孕育了自己獨特的「求知」文化，所以關鍵並不是其間的差異，而是學習本身。如果一個學生學其所好，那麼無論他身處何方，都會學有所成。興趣對於求知者來說是至關重要的一點，真正的興趣會激發人的潛能，超越自我。所以我覺得應試學習遠比不上純粹的學習。
小編：您認為ACCA考試難嗎？
Kris：Every accounting certification course is easier for a well prepared student. There are two steps to succeed in exams.
Firstly students must learn the whole syllabus content. And it is a good practice to summarize the points learned in concise notes which can help students in their review stage.
Secondly students must practice as many exam questions as possible under exam conditions to improve their time management skills.
（譯）所有的會計資格證課程都是為充分準備的人準備的。其實想一舉拿下考試只需兩點：首先，對整個教學大綱內容融會貫通，把厚書學薄，嘗試提煉重點，這對後階段的複習大有裨益；其次，題海戰術，模擬考場，反覆練習歷年真題，學會有效分配考試時間。
小編：對學生來說，平衡課外生活和學習的比重很關鍵。埋頭讀書而兩耳不聞窗外事可取嗎?如果不行，如何找到平衡點呢?
Kris：Finding the right balance is very important. You need to balance everything , you cant choose one thing over the other and regret about it later in life. My advice, plan properly and prioritize what is more important and follow it. Remember identifying what is more important is essential. So as a student studying is more important for you, also allocate some time for recreation and fun. Not the other way around.

小編：您說過,您每天只睡5小時，但仍然精力充沛。您是怎麼做到的？您真的不困嗎?有秘訣嗎？
Kris：For any person I believe emotional energy is more important than physical energy. Emotional energy is unlimited unlike physical energy. Emotional energy is an aliveness of the mind, a happiness of the heart, and a spirit filled with hope. My family is my single most source of emotional energy. Every day when I am out for work I work very hard and I crave to go back to my home as soon as possible to see my wife’s beautiful smile and to play with my lovely kid. Doing that makes me emotionally very satisfied.So my advice for you is to think positively and always be happy to make yourself happier with your life. You can start by thinking of good things and look on the bright side, and going out of your way to be friendly towards others. Trust me life becomes better and sleep becomes secondary.
Other advice：
1) don’t drink coffee ( at least after 1:00pm)
2) when you feel sleepy, try to wash your face with cold water

Kris：Chongqing Longfor Time Paradise Walk shopping mall. Regularly visit there ,at least once a week I go there.

小編： 生活在中國有讓您難過的事嗎？
Kris：When someone says something is not possible even without trying it.
Once in a while I come across people who simple say no just because they don’t want to try or just because they don’t know.
（譯）有些人根本連嘗試都不敢就否認事情的可能性，有時候我會遇到那些消極的、拒絕行動的人或者那些眼光狹隘短淺的人，他們只會簡單地說「不」。
小編：我知道，您當老師是出於個人興趣，但在您的教學過程中，有想放棄的時候嗎？
Kris：I teach because I am motivated to teach. But sometimes organizations don’t differentiate between a motivated teacher and a unmotivated teachers. So sometimes their view of seeing everyone using the same prism makes me feel sad but I try to overlook that to keep myself happy and do what I am good at.

Kris：My life revolves around my little princess. Well everything she does I love it but of course sometimes she will make me angry. If she did something really wrong I will correct her. I love her the most but that does not mean I will ignore her mistakes because it is my responsibility as a father to put her on the right track. Every time I have time I will only give it for her. In holidays I will spend day and night with her, making her do what she likes and make her enjoy all time. Everyday I am away from home I miss her.Yesterday when I am just about to leave home, she got her jelly box put it in my bag and told me 「papa keep this and eat when you are hungry」. These very words ring in my head all the time, I cant forget them. Though she is just 4 years old, she understands and supports me. I really don’t have words to express her many virtues.

Kris：I loved her so much and still do and will do forever. We are really made for each other. We are completely different but we complement each other. Kris：Yes I can cook and I did cook for my family many times. I love to cook but my loving wife never allows me to cook these days. When she comes back home she cooks something I like and make it ready for me. And when I eat she feels very happy, I can see that in her eyes. That’s why even if it is late (10:00pm), I prefer to go home and eat my food just to see that twinkle in her eye.

Kris：Two distinct souls yet in unison with a desire to make one another happy.

Kris：Well what I earned just represent my hard work. You also can do them. Ever thing you achieve should always humble you

Kris：Teachings are all about showing the right path for learners. Sharing knowledge makes me happy, that's the best part of teaching.

小編：您如何維持您的公司和你的教學，還有家庭這三方面的平衡？
Kris：Balancing is hard but not impossible. if you start doing, it becomes very easy. Sometimes I wish we have 48 hours a day but as that is not possible we should prioritize our work. Do remember balancing time between work and family is very important. If we have to make a choice we better choose family!! Remember your family is always there for you no matter what.
