Christmas pudding, it is covered in brandy which is a liquor that has a very strong taste. To finish the meal we have coffee and mince pies. After this very large meal, we usually do a Christmas quiz.
聖誕布丁是在聖誕節吃的一種應節食品。在聖誕布丁送上桌前，會把熱白蘭地酒澆在上面。除此之外，還佐以咖啡和百果餡餅。在完成這頓大餐之後，人們經常還會做一些聖誕小猜謎來為節日增添氣氛。

早期的百果餡餅包含了肉餡、水果和香料。自維多利亞時期起，配料就不再包含肉餡了，而是水果乾。

A very traditional thing that accompanies a typical English Christmas dinner is the Christmas cracker.
When laying the table for Christmas dinner, normally a cracker is included to be opened with the person next to you. It is shaped like a bow and made out of cardboard to produce a cute cracker covered with typical festive decorations. Then, usually before eating, you pull the cracker with the person besides you, so it tears into two pieces. Then the one who gets the bigger part is lucky enough to find a paper hat, a toy and a joke inside.
豐盛的聖誕聚餐後，英國人總會玩一兩個益趣小遊戲，那麼聖誕爆竹就是百年不變的經典遊戲。兩人一人拉一頭，紙筒斷開時發出「嘭」的爆炸聲，聽著就令人興奮！爆竹裡面的小禮物，一般包括一頂皇冠狀的紙帽子、一個小玩具、一張寫著笑話、謎語、或是腦筋急轉彎的紙條等。
