綠日樂隊(Green Day)，又稱年輕歲月，是20世紀90年代之後美國朋克音樂復興時期的重要樂隊之一，他們的成員深受70年代朋克音樂時期經典樂隊影響，而簡明上口的流暢旋律讓他們的音樂更便於流行。
根據美國唱片業協會（RIAA）的資料，綠日樂隊的全球唱片銷售量高達5000萬張，單單在美國就創下超過2100萬的佳績。2014年10月9日，綠日被提名入圍2015年搖滾名人堂。
