每日一句英譯英：forget to do還是forget doing?

同義詞辨析：forget to do還是forget doing?

我們可以用中文學，用中文講解，用中文記forget to do,forget doing分別是什麼意思，但是，只要我們的英語達到高中二年級水平上下，用英語作為「學習理解語言」完全沒有問題。

關鍵是得有人這麼訓練我們的能力。

1) 體驗英語，注意歸納：

1. I forgot to close the door when I left for work this morning.So,my door is still open.

2. I forgot closing the door when I left for work this morning.So,I returned home to 'close' again.

我們應該怎樣學習上面的英語：用中文，還是用英語表達：Okay.I got you?

2) forget to do something英譯英：

1. Okay.I see.You forgot to shut the door means You did NOT shut the door,you did NOT do something,beacuse you forgot that you must do something,you should do something.

2. So,if you did NOT wash your face,you will say I forgot to wash my face.

3.So,if you did NOT water the flower before you went out,you will say I forgot to water the flower.

3) forget doing something英譯英：

1. Okay.I got you.If you DID close tge door,but if you forgot ABOUT it(about something yiu had done),you will say:I forgot closing the door.

2. So,if you DID water the flower,but you forgot ABOUT it(watering the flower),you will say:I forgot watering the flower.You watered it again/a second time.

能用中文解釋和理解英語是不能代表我們理解掌握了英語的，用英語理解才是。所以，學的不只是同義詞辨析，學的是英語表達能力。

最後，從純粹英語語法講，英語不定動詞to do帶有「要做，將做」的未來含義，doing則無。
