The 3rd International Conference on International Chinese Education under the Belt and Road Initiative
（該會議被納入世界漢語教學學會「2020年全球中文教育主題學術活動資助計劃」）
「『一帶一路』背景下的漢語國際教育」國際研討會已在上海大學成功召開兩屆。新形勢下，漢語國際教育如何為「一帶一路」服務，如何發揮其在人類命運共同體構建中的作用，如何促進「一帶一路」沿線國家國際中文教育事業的發展，中文教學如何為當地經濟社會發展服務等關鍵問題亟待回答。在此背景下，第三屆「『一帶一路』背景下的漢語國際教育」國際學術研討會將於2021年6月18-20日在上海大學舉行，現將相關事宜通知如下：

支持單位：世界漢語教學學會
會議主題：漢語國際教育服務「一帶一路」的新形勢、新問題、新方案
會議包括但不限於以下議題：
（一）學科建設與教學
1.「一帶一路」沿線國家中文教學研究；
2.漢語國際教育專業建設與發展研究；
3.國際中文教育發展的機遇與挑戰；
（二）學生與教師發展
1.漢語國際教育專業學生發展的機遇與挑戰；
2.漢語國際教育教師發展的機遇與挑戰；
3.國際中文教育本土師資培養及培訓研究；
（三）文化交流與孔院建設
1.孔子學院中文教育現狀與對策研究；
2.孔子學院的文化傳播功能研究；
3.「一帶一路」背景下漢語傳播與跨文化交際研究。
會議語言為中英雙語，熱忱歡迎「一帶一路」國家漢語教育的教學、漢語國際教育專業建設、國際中文教育事業等領域的相關專家學者、教師及學生踴躍參會。
此外，會議還專設「微課教學專題研討工作坊」、「來華留學生招生、管理工作坊」，工作坊具體安排另行發布。

會議地點：中國·上海·上海大學寶山校區樂乎樓
1. 論文評審
為了提高學術質量，本屆會議設立論文審核制度，敬請有意參會的學者按照會議規定時間提交論文全文或詳細摘要，會務組將組織評委會匿名評審，對通過的論文摘要或全文，發放會議邀請。會議將出版論文集，會議論文將擇優選入。
2. 摘要與論文要求、提交方式
會議論文為中英雙語，請提交論文摘要或全文的電子版。標題請用三號宋體，正文用五號宋體，作者姓名為五號宋體並置於標題下方居中。論文全文10,000字以內，詳細摘要800字以內。文末請註明作者所在單位、詳細通訊地址、郵編、聯繫方式、電子郵箱。另外，不願意論文入選論文集者請在標題後註明。
本屆會議會務費1000元/人；在讀學生憑證減半。往返交通、食宿等費用自理。如需會務費發票，請按時間截點將發票抬頭告知會務組。

(5) Opportunities and challenges for the development of teachers of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages;
(6) Research on the cultivation and training of local teachers in International Chinese Education;
Cultural and c Confucius Institute
(7) The current situation of teaching Chinese in Confucius Institutes worldwide and the study of its development strategy；
(8) Study on the Cultural Transmission Function of Confucius Institutes
(9) Studies on the spread of Chinese language and intercultural communication under the Belt and Road Initiative.
Scholars, researchers, teachers and students in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, Subject of International Chinese Education etc., and those who are interested in the related topics.
The official language of the conference is Chinese and English.
Please submit the registration information (as attached below) and the entire paper or abstract according to the schedule (important dates as follows). Papers submitted would be anonymously reviewed by an academic committee, and the approved papers will be collected into the conference proceedings. Please indicate in the Registration Form if you do not want your paper to be collected into the proceedings.

1000 RMB per person, 500 RMB for per student
