In the great green room

There was a telephone

在這個綠色的大屋子裡，有一臺電話機，

And a red balloon

And a picture of —

一個紅氣球，

還有兩幅畫——

The cow jumping over the moon

一幅畫上，是一隻正在跳過月亮的母牛；

And there were three little bears sitting on chairs

另外一幅畫上，是三隻坐在椅子上的小熊。

And two little kittens

And a pair of mittens

這兒還有兩隻小貓，一副手套，

And a little toyhouse

And a young mouse

一個玩具房子，還有一隻小老鼠。

And a comb and a brush and a bowl full of mush

一把梳子，一個刷子，一碗濃粥，

And a quiet old lady who was whispering 'hush'

一位安祥的老婆婆，正輕輕地說：「噓……」

Goodnight room

晚安，屋子。

Goodnight moon

晚安，月亮。

Goodnight cow jumping over the moon

晚安，跳過月亮的母牛。

Goodnight light

And the red balloon

晚安，燈光。晚安，紅氣球。

Goodnight bears

Goodnight chairs

晚安，小熊。晚安，椅子。

Goodnight kittens

晚安，小貓。

晚安，短襪。

Goodnight noises everywhere

晚安，所有角落裡的聲音。

這本繪本中出現了我們日常所見的東西，這些熟悉的東西會讓孩子們感到安全和舒適。父母可以給孩子最好的環境就是在這個世界上讓他們有家的穩定感。孩子需要自己的空間，不論是想像空間還是真實空間，穩定而安詳的空間可以讓孩子感受到幸福和無條件的愛與接納，因而產生安全感。

在空閒的時候，父母要多多陪陪孩子，要讓手機，平板遠離孩子。和孩子一起遊戲，讓他們在快樂的成長！
