看到這裡，就知道，人才絕不能和talent畫等號。
英語中，talent如果指的是個人，那就是天才；若指一群人，那就是一群才幹出眾的人。但是中文的「人才」，範圍就很廣了，所以不要輕易用talent。
人才可以是：
skilled people (和管理、技術掛鈎）
professionally trained people
talented people
trained people
capable people
truly competent people
英語非常忌諱近距離的重複，所以這是一個長期功課，要不斷積累豐富自己的詞彙和表達才行。
