3. The municipal government has earmarked 3 billion yuan for subsidy on loans to small, medium and micro enterprises. The loan subsidy has a wide coverage and streamlined procedure. It does not require an enterprise application or a government approval. Any enterprise or individual business that meets the criteria specified in the measures taking on a new loan from a bank under the administration of Shenzhen between February 1 and April 30 can enjoy a subsidy of 50% of the actual interest payment, for a maximum of 6 months, at a cap of 1 million yuan. With the financial funds in place, the lending banks shall allocate the subsidy to the enterprises』 accounts on a monthly basis.
