Today's new phrase is "raining cats and dogs". We use this phrase to describe very heavy rain. 

今天的生詞是 raining cats and dogs. 這個句子有下著傾盆大雨的意思。


1、There's a typhoon coming to Shanghai, it's raining cats and dogs.

上海刮颱風了，並且伴隨著傾盆大雨襲來

2、Oh no! It's raining cats and dogs and I forgot my umbrella.
