Believe it or not
外國人說 Believe it or not的意思就是信不信由你，經常用來強調要說的話。其實，這是一句省略的表達，完整的表達應該是 Whether you believe it or not，不管你相信還是不信。與漢語信不信由你的意思完全一致。
