原料:牛腩,番茄,洋蔥,胡蘿蔔,西芹
工具:炒鍋、砂鍋
1.牛腩焯水,冷水入鍋,加熱到水微沸,倒出衝洗乾淨

2.番茄浸入熱水,去皮

4.將翻炒好的原料一起倒入砂鍋加入適量水,大火燒開,撇去浮末,小火慢燉越2-3個小時直至牛肉酥軟

5.加入西芹段,大火燒開,再小火煮片刻關火。
Put in the celery and use full fire to boiling then turn slow fire for a little while.
6.調味,簡單地加鹽,胡椒粉,一鍋色香味俱全的番茄牛肉湯便做好了。
