只愛吃海鮮的媽媽也吃了好幾個的烤翅
保證誰都會做
雞翅中 400g
玫瑰腐乳汁 2-3湯匙*
蠔油 1湯匙
料酒 1湯匙
胡椒粉 適量
蜂蜜 1茶匙
白芝麻 少許
400g chicken wings
2-3 tbs rose-colored fermented bean curd (juice only) *
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs cooking wine
black pepper to taste
1 tsb honey
white sesame seeds to garnish

I used Wangzhihe brand
雞翅膀洗乾淨,廚房紙吸乾水,用刀劃幾刀方便入味。
Wash clean the chicken wings, pat dry with paper towel, score the chicken wings with a knife.
將腐乳汁、蠔油、料酒、胡椒粉加入到雞翅中,拌勻,醃製8小時以上
Combine and mix juice of fermented bean curd, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper and chicken wings. Let stand for at least 8 hours.
將醃好的雞翅鋪到烤架上,放入到預熱205攝氏度的烤箱中。下層放一個烤盤(因為可能會有汁水和油滴下來)
Place the chicken wings onto bakeware, bake at 205 ℃.
取一湯匙剩下的醃製雞翅的湯汁加入一茶匙蜂蜜攪拌均勻。雞翅烤了大概10分鐘後取出,刷上這個醬汁,翻面,再刷,撒芝麻,再放回去烤10-15分鐘即可。
Combine 1 tbs leftover marinade with 1 tsb honey. Bake the chicken wings for 10 min then baste with the sauce, turn the chicken wings over, baste again, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Continue baking for another 10-15 min.
