你住在繁忙的大都市裡嗎?每到早晚高峰，到處都是車水馬龍，當中就有你或是焦躁(趕時間)或是淡定(習以為常)的身影。我猜大部分人都是「步行+地鐵+公交」上班的吧?有時候，即使有車也不方便上下班，因為公共運輸有時反而更快更方便。
不過，這麼豐富多樣的出行方式，你會用英語說嗎?我特地精選了10組最常見的詞彙，其中一定有你能對號入座的選項。
1.步行walk/go on foot
例：I walk to the office every day, because I need exercises.
2.單車bike/bicycle
例：My home is very close, so I go home by bike.
3.摩託motorcycle
例：I』ve bought a new motorcycle to go to work, it’s cheaper than a car.
4.公交bus
例：I took the bus to the university.
5.地鐵metro/subway/underground railway
例：It'll be quicker to go on the metro.
6.渡輪ferry
例：In the past, we used to take a ferry to cross the river.
7.私車car/sedan
例：Electric cars will be very popular in the future.
8.出租taxi/cab
例：We don’t have much time, let’s take a taxi.
9.專車private car
例：You can use an app to call a private car, it’s cheaper and better than a taxi.
10.拼車rideshare
例：If you are not hurry, you can call a rideshare to pay less.
另外，下面這些交通工具在你旅遊的時候可能會乘坐。
1.飛機plane
例：Our plane landed at the airport in Chicago.
2.火車train
例：We went all the way to Tiber by train.
3.遊輪cruise ship
例：We will take a cruise ship to Caribbean Sea.
4.遊艇yacht
例：How many yachts does Bill Gates have?
5.纜車cable car
例：It’s very interesting to take a cable car to go up the mountain.
學會這些單詞，你就可以「上天下地、飄洋過海」了。但是你也別忘記，出行搭乘交通工具，最重要的還是注意交通安全。尤其是騎自行車和摩託車出行，更要遵守交通法規，做好防護措施。
