Chief engineer of air conditioning system performance design
R&D: air conditioning system
1. Responsible for the capacity building of forward design and verification of thermal performance of air conditioning system, from the evaluation of vehicle level 1 performance index to the design and formulation of level 2 index of air conditioning system, to the decomposition and release of level 3 index of assembly parts.
2. Responsible for the design of air conditioning system NVH performance and the construction of verification capacity
3. Responsible for the formulation of technical route, benchmarking, trend analysis, scheme and strategy comparison and decision support of air conditioning system
4. Responsible for pre-research of cutting-edge technologies such as air-conditioning heat pump system and new refrigerant
5. Responsible for solving and guiding systematic problems, difficulties and bottlenecks of air conditioning;
6. Responsible for the establishment of database architecture and UI design for air conditioning system design verification, so as to accumulate and inherit knowledge and abilities.
Qualification
1. Rich experience in automobile air conditioning system design and development, proficient in the functional principle of air conditioning system (including heat pump);
2. Proficient in automobile air conditioning system regulations and requirements, and the latest trends
3. Independently carry out forward design of automobile air conditioning system (including heat pump), function definition and system architecture design, performance goal setting, decomposition and matching (vehicle, system and parts);
4. Rich experience in air conditioning system test and calibration
5. Proficient in KULI or other 1D performance simulation and analysis software
6. Proficient in automatic air conditioning comfort evaluation, able to verify and confirm with real cars
7. Proficient in functional demand strategy of air conditioning system (including heat pump) with practical achievements

Qualifications:
1. More than 15 years working experience in air conditioning system
2. More than 5 years experience in heat pump air-conditioning system development
3. Experience in heat pump development in Hanang, Denso and Sanden companies is preferred
4. Understand the development trend of heat pump and be able to plan the direction of heat pump
5. No less than 5 invention patents in heat pump specialty
6. Understand the control parameters and characteristics of each part of the heat pump, and establish the control parameters of each performance part of the heat pump
