Todd flew over the city in a hot air balloon.
託德乘熱氣球飛越城市上空。
hot air當然是「熱空氣」，但這個短語在口語裡也用來形容自以為是，不懂裝懂的人「誇誇其談，說大話」；還可以形容不切實際的計劃或方案。
Too much hot air and not enough plan.
空話太多，計劃太少。
You think this stuff about flying is a lot of hot air.
