為什麼必須要申請「杭州健康碼」？
Why do you have to apply for 「Hangzhou Health Code」 ?
「綠碼在手，出行不愁」。杭州在全市公共場所及交通工具上都啟用了「杭州健康碼」掃碼認證功能。進入杭州以及進入杭州的小區、餐廳、超市、地鐵、公交等公共場所，都必須出示健康碼。健康碼的三種顏色分別為綠碼、黃碼和紅碼，持「綠碼」才能進杭州。
「Green code in hand, Free roam in Hangzhou」. The authentication of scanning 「Hangzhou Health Code" has been used in the public places and vehicles taken by . You need to show the 「Green Code」 on entering Hangzhou, including its public places like communities, restaurants, supermarkets, metro and public transit as the Health Code divided into Green, Yellow and Red.

認證健康碼時，你必須如實回答相關問題。「綠碼」表明可以健康出行。「黃碼或紅碼」需要居家等待轉為「綠碼」。
On doing the health code certification, you must answer the relevant questions as required truthfully. The green code shows good health outing. Both yellow and red indicate home stay for the code changing into green.

How to Apply for 「Hangzhou Health Code」?
三種可以申領杭州健康碼的方式如下：
There are three ways for you to apply Hangzhou Health Code as follows:
⚪ 支付寶申領 / In Alipay
⚪ 微信申領 / In WeChat
⚪ 釘釘申領 / In Dingding
支付寶(In Alipay)申領健康碼
步驟一 / STEP 1
打開手機支付寶掃描右側二維碼可直接進入。
Find/download the mobile phone app Alipay (支付寶in Chinese) and scan the QR code below with it.
步驟二 / STEP 2
授權「杭州健康碼」獲取個人有關信息：姓名、手機號、證件號碼。
You might see the message as below, for first-time users, to request your consent to provide personal information. Click the right button to agree. You may just skip it if you』ve registered.
步驟三 / STEP 3
依次填寫選項（*為必填）。
Answer the questions as requested concerning your health status and whereabouts.
步驟四 / STEP 4
確認後提交。
Complete the form and submit.
步驟五 / STEP 5
生成二維碼。
Get the Hangzhou health code.
其他途徑申領 / Apply for Hangzhou Health code in In WeChat Or Dingding.
如果你無法通過支付寶申請，你也可以通過網頁掃碼、微信掃碼等方式申領。你通過掃描下方二維碼進行申領註冊。
If you don’t have Alipay, you can scan the QR code below with WeChat or Dingding to apply Hangzhou Health Code.
顯示綠碼者，進出杭州掃碼通行；顯示紅碼者，要實施14天的集中或居家隔離，在連續申報健康打卡14天正常後，將轉為綠碼；顯示黃碼者，要進行7天以內的集中或居家隔離，在連續申報健康打卡不超過7天正常後，將轉為綠碼。
You are requested to have a GREEN code for entering or leaving from Hangzhou. A RED code holder is requested for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 14 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 14 days. Likewise, a YELLOW code holder is requested to stay for self-imposed quarantine at home or mass quarantine for 7 days in a row, and shall be eligible to have a GREEN code when he/she has reported himself/herself in normal condition for the past 7 days.
