dilemma
a situation in which a difficult choice has to be made between two different things you could do左右為難，兩難境地。比如：The president is clearly in a dilemma about/over how to tackle the crisis.對於如何化解危機總統明顯處於兩難境地。
quandary
a state of not being able to decide what to do about a situation in which you are involved窘境；猶豫不決。比如：I've had two job offers, and I'm in a real quandary about/over which one to accept.我得到兩份工作，不知該接受哪個，真是左右為難。
