Crystals and Crystallization in Drug Delivery Design
醫藥產品一直被用於改善健康和延長壽命。幾個世紀以來,藥物設計及給藥方法已經發生了巨大的變化,且還將繼續發展,適應未來的需要。現代給藥設計格外重視對固體形態的預測與控制,這是因為固體形態影響著材料性能和給藥方案。
有鑑於此,我們推出了一期Crystal Growth & Design和Molecular Pharmaceutics的聯合虛擬專刊,著重介紹配方方法的進展和我們對分子固態的理解。本期專刊匯集了20篇過去兩年中發表的研究論文,並在編輯寄語中探討了這兩本期刊在藥物固態化學領域發揮的作用。

The aim of Crystal Growth & Design is to stimulate cross fertilization of knowledge among scientists and engineers working in the fields of crystal growth, crystal engineering, and the industrial application of crystalline materials and molecular assemblies.
Crystal Growth & Design publishes theoretical and experimental studies of the physical, chemical, and biological phenomena and processes related to the design, growth, and application of crystalline materials. Synergistic approaches originating from different disciplines and technologies and integrating the fields of crystal growth, crystal engineering, intermolecular interactions, and industrial application are encouraged.
