廣州有色金屬研究院應用十幾年的物理氣相沉積(PVD)技術成果,解決了塑料製品件(特別是尺寸小而薄的工件)真空鍍容易變形的技術難題。利用產業化規模的PVD系統,通過計算機自動控制來提高工藝穩定性,沉積出高硬度、少液滴、結合強度高、耐磨性好的TiN膜層。特別是在塑料製品上低溫(≤80℃)沉積出質量優良的陶瓷硬質TiN、TiCN薄膜。Guangzhou Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals developed a novel PVD technique for deposition of hard decorative films on plastics at low temperature(≤80℃), especially on small and thin workpieces without distortion. Using this PVD equipment auto-controlled by computer, we have developed high quality hard decorative films such as TiN, TiCN with few droplets, superior wear-resistance, high hardness and high adhesion.
