歡迎詞通常會由乘務長或機長來廣播，包含了航班號、目的地、經停地點、飛行時間等信息。隨後會撥放安全示範錄像，空乘人員會開始做安全檢查，乘客這時要把手機關機、座椅調直、系好安全帶。
