話說最近一段時間，大汪總是睡不著覺，睜著大眼睛瞪到天亮，感覺眼前的黑不是黑，而是一片白啊。這讓我想到了一個詞組white night。
White是白色，night是夜晚，那white night真是「白夜」嗎？
1）White night
英語解釋：A night without sleep or without full darkness, as during the summer in high latitudes.
也就是說，white night是指不眠之夜，長夜漫漫無心睡眠，睡不著啊；
當然也可以指真正的白夜（地理不好的童鞋自動忽略以下內容），在夏季高緯度地區所見的，比如夏至的時候北極就是極晝，一天24小時都是白天，沒有黑夜。

① He spent another white night.
他又度過了一個不眠之夜。
② Don’t drink too much coffee，or you will spend a white night.
別喝太多咖啡了，不然你會度過一個不眠之夜的。
2）Turn your back on someone
Turn you back，你背對某人，是啥意思呢？
英語解釋：To ignore or disregard someone or something；Refuse to help or support somebody.
也就是忽視或不理會某人或某事，拒絕對某人提供幫助和支持。
想一想你也能猜到，別人找你有事情，你背對著他，那不就是下閉門羹了麼？表示你不願理會他或不願意幫他。

3）It goes in one ear and out the other
It goes in one ear and out the other是啥意思？你應該猜得到！
每個人都有兩隻耳朵，in one ear也就是進入了一隻耳朵，out the other也就是從另一隻耳朵出去了。
所以說，It goes in one ear and out the other就是指「一隻耳朵進一隻耳朵出」，相當通俗易懂吶！
