如果還是有一些英語基礎,只不過口語一般的小夥伴。當接到電話,第一時間準備好紙和筆。接聽後,可以說Hello, 客戶一般會回應,他要找誰。如果不是找你,你可以說Hold on please. 然後幫忙轉接。如果對方不在,可以說Sorry he is away now. 或 Sorry he is out of town today. 他今天不在這邊。
如果不知對方是誰,可以繼續問:
May I know who is speaking there?
Who's speaking there please?
May I have your name please?
Who's calling please?
May I ask who is calling?
去獲取對方是誰?而不是Who are you?又唐突又不標準的中式英語。
客戶一般都會自報家門。比如It's Mike from ABC Dubai. 你可以繼續說Noted. I will ask him to call you back then. 我會讓他電話你。如果你聽不懂客戶的名字,你可以問Can you please have your name spelled? 或Sorry how to spell your name?拼寫下他名字。
或者說Can you please call his phone number at: +對方號碼。能否請您直接電話他。號碼是:****
如果是找你的,比如可以說:
It's Sophie speaking.
What can I do for you?
What's the matter with you?
如果是熟悉的客戶,你們可以進一步溝通細節。過程中你如果懵懵懂懂,你可以先附和著:
ok I see. To make it more clear, can you please send me these details by e-mail?為了更了解清楚這些細節,能否再發我郵件呢?
客戶一般不會拒絕。而你通過把電話溝通轉化為書面溝通,這樣不會讓你因為聽不太懂錯過重要細節。
如果是因為客戶語速太快,你可以在他說完,馬上說一句Sorry? (升調)
「Sorry?/ Pardon? /Again please. 都是要求客戶重複講述的詞/詞組。」
這時候客戶一般會放慢語速重複一次。如果還是聽不懂,請參照上述轉化為書面溝通的辦法。
而如果客戶是剛與你線上溝通但你一時半會沒回他,他著急,你可以和他說No problem. I will text you very soon. 我會很快回你信息。或Ok. Will reply you by e-mail right now. 去結束這通電話,轉為線上溝通。
而如果客戶是完全沒接觸過的客戶,你可以問一句Did you send us any emails before?記得聽yes or no來確認客戶是否發過你們郵件的。如果沒有,你可以說Well. Can you please send us the inquiry to +你的郵箱,記得每個字母都要核對清楚比如n for name, i for important這樣的和他確認(郵箱表達:XXX at XXX dot com)。
We will revert today.說今天無論怎樣會給他回個郵件。
整個過程你哪怕很緊張都不要說No I don't know. 不懂裝懂在那時不代表欺人。沒有一個客戶喜歡和一個一問三不知的業務溝通的。所以儘量放慢語速去一字一句表達,對方肯定也會因為你的語速相對調整。
結束電話要和他說:
Thanks for your call. See you. 或Nice to talk to you today. See you.
而過後要做什麼呢?
當他發來郵件,你們可以就郵件內容開始另外一輪書面溝通。
如果沒收到他郵件,能找到他郵箱或有他的郵箱,可以寫郵件:
Thank you for your call today.
Based on our phone call conversation, can you please send us details by e-mail so we can confirm it accordingly? 再次要求或提醒他根據電話溝通,請發郵件重述細節。
以此去跟蹤客戶。
