三、Draft Angle 成品脫模角建議
1、There is no draft anglehere ( on core side/ on cavity side). Suggest to add 1 degree.
此處(公模/母模)沒有脫模角,建議加 1 度。
2、The draft angle is notenough here. Suggest to increase it to 3 degree.
此處脫模角不足,建議加到 3 度。
3、Undercut by draft angle.Recommend to change the draft angle direction for tooling construction.
脫模倒鉤. 建議修改此處側脫模方向,以利模具製作。
4、Suggest increasing draftangle to 5 degree by removing material to prevent part sticking on cavity side.
建議以成品減肉方式將脫模角加至5度, 以避免成品黏母模。
5、There is vertical shutoffwhen close the mold, We recommend to increase theshutoff angle to prevent core & cavity halves crashing into each other.
公母模合模時垂直靠破, 建議靠破角加大以避免撞模。
6、The draft angle of part isnot enough,We suggest to modify the part for partreleasing.
成品脫模角不足,建議修改成品,以利脫模。
7、Can you increase the draftangle from 1 to 2 degree?
你能把脫模角從 1度增加到2度嗎?

16、Core & Cavity shut offhere,Suggest to add 3 degree draft angle at cavity sideto prevent dragging.
此處為公母模靠破處,建議增加母模脫模角(3度),避免成品開模拉傷。
17、The Slider moves at thisarea but no draft angle on the part, Suggest to add 1degree draft angle for part releasing.
此處為滑塊動作位置,但成品無脫模角,建議增加1度脫模角,以利成品脫模。
18、There is the shutoff areaas above,We need bigger draft angle (4 degree).
圖中標示的位置為靠破處,需要較大的脫模角(4度)。
19、There is no draft angle athatched area,We suggest SPI-B1 for the surface finishto avoid scratch mark.
斜線區域沒有脫模角,建議表面用 SPI-B1 避免拉傷。
四、Parting Line成品分模線建議
1、Show the parting line (BlueLine).
標示分模線 (藍線)。
2、The PL locates at the endof radius.
PL位於R角終止處。
3、Suggest to modify the PLfor tooling construction.
建議修改PL,以利模具生產製作。
4、Suggest to increase 0.05mmpart thickness to simplify the parting line.
建議此面成品加肉0.05㎜,以簡化PL面。
5、Suggest to increase shutoffhole here to avoid scratch mark and simplify the structure.
建議增加靠破孔,以避免成品拉傷及簡化結構。
6、There is an edge fortexture finish,We suggest to move the PL down 0.2 mm.
此邊緣為咬花邊界,建議將PL往下移0.2MM。
7、We recommend to make aslide here to prevent part sticking.
為避免成品脫模離型,此處將做滑塊避免成品脫模離型。
8、There will be 0.05mmsegment gap at the PL(smaller on Core side).
PL處有0.05mm段差(公模小)。
9、Suggest moving the PL downto bottom to fix film by side wall,The direction of thedraft angle has to be changed all of around.
建議修改PL線至最下方,以利薄膜可利用側壁定位,需修改全周脫模角方向。
五、Tool Strength 模具強度建議
1、The ejector sleeve will bevery weak due to the boss thickness is only 0.7 mm,Suggestto prepare spare parts.
BOSS孔肉厚只有0.7mm,易造成套筒脆弱,建議需製作備品。
2、Sharp edges are on bothsides of the part,But there will be natural radiusinstead of sharp edges after molding.
成品兩側尖銳,成型後僅能產生自然R角,而非尖角。
3、There are sharp corners atthe edge of boss,it cause the boss is very weak. Wesuggest to eliminate it.
螺柱邊緣有銳角,很脆弱,建議取消。
4、The insert is too thin,It will be very weak.
這個入子太薄,將很脆弱。
5、The mold base strength isnot enough,We need to increase its thickness.
模座強度不足,要再增加厚度。
6、The radius has to beeliminated to avoid lifter weakness.
R角必須消除,避免斜梢脆弱。
7、Slider shut off by sharpcorner,Suggest to add plastic to make it flat.
滑塊靠破處為銳角. 建議增加肉厚使靠破面為平面。
8、The tool steel will be veryweak due to the gap is too thin here, Suggest moving boss location to add toolthickness.
此處間隙太小模具太薄相當脆弱,建議移動boss位置以增加模具強度。
9、We suggest to enlargedimension here to enhance tooling life.
建議此處尺寸加大,以增強模具壽命。
10、We suggest to increaseradius from 0.1mm to 0.5mm at red area.
建議紅色處R角從R0.1加大到R0.5。
11、Suggest reducing materialto prevent the sharp angle to enhance tooling life.
建議成品減肉,避免銳角,以增加模具強度。
12、There are sharp corners inthe part (show as red lines), suggest to modify the sharp corners into radiusto avoid tool weakness. (BLUE):R0.3MM (GREEN):R0.15MM
成品內部多為銳角(紅線),建議修改為R角,避免造成模具脆弱
--- (藍):R0.3MM (綠):R0.15MM。
13、There is a sharp edge in0.8 mm, suggest to modify the thickness to simplify the PL for tool construction.
此處有一銳角0.08MM肉厚,建議修減肉厚,簡化PL,以利模具製作。
14、The insert is Weak due toside shutoff.
由於側壁靠破,入子脆弱。
15、Suggest shutoff method.
建議採用此種靠破方式。
16、Cut the material as shownbelow to make it flat to prevent the flash issue.
內部尖角處減肉移平(如圖),防止毛邊產生。
17、Sharp corners at theindicated area, suggest to make radius to prevent tooling weakness.
箭頭指示處尖角,建議導圓角防止模具脆弱。
18、Add radius in 1mm at thehook base to prevent ejection deformation (both sides).
建議卡勾根部加R角-R1,避免頂出變型(雙側卡勾)。
19、Shutoff angle will beincreased by reducing material of this surface to prevent galling ( both sides).
此面減肉後可加大靠破角度避免咬傷(雙側)。
