為給弟弟的孩子辦戶口，田女士用1元將房產過戶，其丈夫趙先生遂將妻子田女士及其弟訴至法院，要求確認妻子與其弟籤訂的協議及房屋買賣合同無效。新京報記者獲悉，北京市海澱法院一審判決支持了趙先生的請求。
