郭小宏現任重慶交通大學教授。近19年來,一直從事道路材料再生與道路養護的科學研究、技術推廣與教學工作。取得多項成果,部分成果水平居國際領先與國內領先水平。榮獲廣東省科技成果三等獎,貴州省公路學會科技術特等獎、三等獎,重慶市交通科學技術三等獎。培養路面再生與養護方向研究生近50名。
Mr. Guo Xiaohong is the Professor of Chongqing Jiaotong University.In the past 19 years, he has been engaging in scientificresearch, technology spreading and teaching about regeneration of roadmaterials and road protection, and has made numerous achievements, some ofwhich are at the internationally and domestically leading level. He has obtainedThird Prize of Technological Achievements in Guangdong Province, Grand Prizeand Third Prize of Scientific Technology in Guizhou Highway &Transportation Society, Third Prize of Transportation Scientific Technology inChongqing, and has cultivated nearly 50 postgraduates majoring in roadregeneration and protection. His main tasks include:
1.2005年--2008年 承擔交通部「舊水泥路改造再生利用關鍵技術研究」項目研究,承擔了水泥路面破碎機的技術機理、試驗、定型研究與施工工藝的研究和施工指南的編寫。該成果為國內水泥路面的改造打下了技術基礎。
1. 2005-2008: Heundertook 「Researchon Key Technology of Old Concrete Road Renovation & Regeneration」, and compiled the researches of technical mechanism, tests,modeling researches and construction processing of concrete road crushers aswell as guidelines for construction. The achievement has laid a technical foundationfor the renovation of concrete roads in China.
2.2007年--2012年 承擔了科技部「新型節能環保瀝青路面再生劑」、重慶市經信委「瀝青路面表層再生修復材料」、重慶市科委「改性瀝青再生機理及性能研究」、重慶誠邦科技委託「瀝青路面再生養護劑在霧封層養護技術中的應用研究」等6個項目研究,其中部分成果轉化成技術成果得到應用。《瀝青路面表層滲透再生修復技術指南》(第一完成人),被重慶市交通委員會作為地方行業標準(指南)(2008)
2. 2007-2012 He undertook sixproject researches, respectively 「NewEnergy-saving and Environmentally Friendly Asphalt Road Regenerant」 in Department of Technology, 「Asphalt Roads』 Surface Regeneration & Repair Materials」 in Chongqing Commission of Economy and Information Technology, 「Research of Mechanism and Performances of Regeneration of ModifiedAsphalt」 in Chongqing Science and TechnologyCommission, 「Applied Research of Asphalt RoadRegeneration Protective Agent in Fog Sealing Technology」 entrusted by Chongqing Chengbang Technology. Some technologicalachievements have been applied. 「Guidelines for AsphaltRoad Surface Penetration & Regeneration Repair Technology」 (primary person in charge) has been adopted by ChongqingTransportation Committee as the local industrial criteria (instructions)(2008).
3. 2011年-2018年 承擔了廣東省交通廳「表層滲透再生修復技術在瀝青混凝土路面預養護中的應用」、重慶市交委「高溫多雨區瀝青路面淺層就地熱再生技術應用研究」、貴州省交通廳「山區國省幹線公路瀝青路面就地熱再生技術應用研究」、「山嶺高溫潮溼區省道普通公路瀝青路面廠拌熱再生技術應用研究」等應用項目研究,不同項目共進行了60+40+100+80公裡(折合成山區二級公路)、不同海拔與氣候地區的應用研究與推廣,得到交通部門的廣泛認可。形成的施工指南與工法,已經分別作為廣東省、貴州省的省部級標準頒布。
3. 2011-2018 He undertook 「Application of Surface Penetration & RegenerationRepair Technology in Pre-protection of Asphalt Road」 inGuangdong Transportation Department, 「Applied Researchof Hot Regeneration Technology in Asphalt Road Surface in Hot and Rainy Areas」 in Chongqing Transportation Committee, 「AppliedResearch of Hot Regeneration Technology in National and Provincial HighwayAsphalt Road in Mountainous Areas」 in GuizhouTransportation Department, 「Applied Research of PlantHot Regeneration Technology in Ordinary Provincial Asphalt Road in Hot andHumid Areas」 and other application project researches.In total, the applied project researches covered 60+40+100+80km (secondaryroads in mountainous areas) in areas with different altitudes and climates, andwon extensive recognition in transportation department. The constructionguidelines and processing techniques have been adopted by Guangdong Provinceand Guizhou Province as the provincial criteria.
4 2012年-2018年 承擔了包括中交集團、森遠股份、奧新科技、鐵拓機械、重慶重交、德國維特根、道路材料循環利用產業技術創新戰略聯盟等公司、團體委託的有關路面再生施工的指南類、規程類標準的研究與編寫工作,期間共完成6個路面再生類企業標準與指南。這些企業標準與指南在路面再生施工中,為規範企業作業行為,發揮了重要作用。
4. 2012-2018: He undertook the researches andcompilation of guidelines and specifications about road regeneration entrustedby companies and groups, including China Communications Construction, SenyuanRoad & Bridge Co., Ltd., Aoxin Science & Technology, Tietuo Machinery,Chongqing Zonjo, Wirtgen Germany, Industrial Technology Innovation StrategicAlliance of Road Materials Recycling and so on. During this period, he compiled6 criteria and guidelines for road regeneration enterprises, which playedsignificant roles in road regeneration and standardize companies』 operations.
