dog person是什麼意思呢？大家都知道中文裡面，很多罵人的詞彙都會和「狗」有關，那麼英文中的這個dog person也是罵人的意思嗎？
一.並沒有罵你哦！
其實dog person並不是罵人的詞彙哦，在英文裡面，它表示這個意思：
dog person 喜歡狗的人
She is a dog person.
她是一個喜歡狗的人。
在英文裡面，n.（名詞）+person這個組合，一般用來表示喜歡XX的人，這是一個萬能組合，同樣的還有cat person（喜歡貓的人），rose person（喜歡玫瑰的人），還有這個會經常用：
people person 人緣好的人
（someone who is good at dealing with other people）
Colleagues say she's a good people person who can really motivate a team.
同事說她是一個可以激勵團隊，善於交際的人。
二.關於「dog」的詞彙
1.dog days 三伏天，炎熱的日子
（the hottest days of the summer）
雖然不知道詞彙的起源，但是想像一下狗熱的時候伸出舌頭的樣子，其實也不會太難記住這個詞組吧~
It's so hot , it must be the dog days of summer.
今天實在是太熱了，肯定是三伏天了。
2.a dog's life 潦倒的生活
（a very unhappy and unpleasant life）
像狗一樣的生活，所以比較慘
His father's bankruptcy led him a dog's life.
他父親的破產使他過上了困苦的日子。
3.dog eat dog 人吃人，競技激烈
（used to describe a situation in which people will do anything to be successful,even if what they do harms other people）
一般用於形容詞，表示環境中的人為了成功都會採用很多不擇手段的方法
It's a dog-eat-dog world out there.
這外面是一個競爭激烈的世界。
