御寶至尊烤鴨餐廳主打北京烤鴨，其烤鴨做法地道，完全不亞於全聚德的烹飪手法，相比之下還多了自己的一份特色。烤鴨皮十分酥脆，肉質也很細嫩，一口咬下去，肉脂，油脂全部在口中融化，口感上確是油而不膩。他們家除了烤鴨之外，點心也是很不錯的選擇，值得一試! 尤其是榴槤布丁~
