摘要:目的掌握肖厝口岸鼠類及其體表寄生蟲本底情況,為口岸傳染病監測和醫學媒介生物控制提供依據。方法 採用鼠籠法,每個月連續監測2d,持續12個月。結果本次調查共捕獲鼠形動物413隻,經鑑定隸屬於2目2科3屬5種。以臭鼩鼱為優勢種,佔26.15%。鼠形動物總密度為2.24%,5月和10月為高峰期。檢出蚤1隻、蟎15隻、蜱1隻。結論肖厝口岸還未達到國家無鼠害港規定的鼠密度低於1%的要求,應繼續加強鼠類監測與防治工作,進一步降低鼠密度,防止有關傳染病的發生和流行。

Abstract: Objective To grasp the situation of rodents and parasites at Xiaocuo port,and to provide the basis for infectious diseases surveillance andvector control. Methods The cage-trappingmethod was used ,which was taken for two days once a month,lastingfor twelve months. Results A total of 413rodents were captured,belonging to 2 orders 2 families 3 genera 5species. Suncus murinus was the dominate species, accounting for26.15%,the density was 2.24%.The highest density of rodent appearedin May and October. In which, 1 fleas,15 mites and 1 ticks werefound on rodents. Conclusion The rodentsdensity of Xiaocuo port has not yet reach the goal of free rat harmat port (<1%). We should make continuous effort to strength theprevention and control of rodents,further reduce the rodentsdensity so that the infectious disease caused by rats can beprevented.
